Hereby to lay down few lines on PAN Card .Sir, I've had applied for a PAN Card in the Month of December 1st week 2008, with an amount of Rs.150, through a local agent.But its too delay that no any kinds of response from your juridiction.Can I know what are the reasons for delay?Would you kindly help me on this regard?

My PAN card is not receive at my address

I applied PAN Card and there is isue of PAN Number (PAN No. CDNPS9353L), but i do not recieved PAN Card yet.
