Such negligence on the part o[censored]timf authorities is condemnable.I request Dr. Ravi Kumar to initiate punitive action through consumer forum.

Dear Sir,
Myself and my wife have submitted applications to UTI office, City centrer, Durgapur, distt -Burdwan, WB to send us repurchase value of our ULIPS by DD or AC Payee Cheque approximately 3 months back. Date of maturity was on May 2010. however till date we did not get any amount. No office correspondance has yet been made .
I therefore request you to look into the matter and take the necessart action to allow us to pay the amount without further delay.
