Dear sir,
I lalit singh have applied for the registration in U.P. state pharmacy council on date 09/05/2011, with the reqiured registration fee (Rs. 500, Serial no. 49562, book no. 496 + Rs 200 serial no. 21670, book no. 217)
But still i have not been registerd and not received any information regarding the cause in delay.
As it known to me that minimum time required is of only 3 months. Kindly see in to the matter and help me out of it.

Mr.farhan khan s/o khaleel khan ka licence abhi tk ni aaya h book no 1743 or sirial no174275 mene 18/07/2019 ko apply kia tha abhi tk mera licence mjhe ni mila h
So kindly grant me my licence soon
