I had submitted my application for issue of pharmacist license along with required documents on[protected] with uppc (uttar pradesh pharmacy council), lekhraj market-2, II floor, indira nagar, lucknow with required fee deposited in cash.

In Lucknow, there are so many private universities/institutions which do not provide adequate salary, Provident fund etc to faculties and staff.
Request to check salary slip and form 16 better control of the system....
