Dear Sir,

I am sad to say that day by day the corruptions in Goverment organisations making our lives hell as a good citizen.

I am not aware how much actions you can initiate but its true that goverment organisations are completely failures to work even on less expectations.

Ten years back the corruptions was for the persons who are doing wrong but now a days if a person wants to pay their right tax and proper bills to strengthen the Indian goverment but Goverment representatives believe that he is a big fellow.

Request to put better transparency in laws which are customer related(please don't do the patching work).

I am still not clear about the electricity bills calculation generated by UPSEB. The services they offered like negligible. The attitude of staff is most disgusting(without money).

Even if you pay hefty amount of electricity bills you are not sure that you will get the proper electricity(hardly 60% in major cities o[censored]P).

Now we can't bear these kind of departments in our country. Please do something if this complaint is really relevant to you else i know it is not much more important just to fill up the space on your server.

Need Privatisation where we have choice to select the provider (like telecommunication).
