I HAVENT RECEIVED MY FIRST YEAR MARKSHEET TILL NOW, THOUGH I HAVE GOT MY 2nd ,3rd and FINAL Year MARKSHEET... PLEASE HELP AS UPTU IS NOT GIVING PROPER RESPONSE INSPITE MY SEVERAL ATTEMPTS..
