[Resolved]  Valia Institute Of Technology, Bharuch - Gujarat — Valiya Institute Of Technology Is Doing FRAUD

Res.sir,
I had taken admission in Vaila institute of technology in Mechanical Branch. I paid Rs.2500 as deposit on 17/7/2007 receipt no.
01-me-14. In Reshuffling, I changed my college. I already submit receipt of deposit on 15/9/2007. However, I not received the amount inspite of my two personal visit and several phone calls . i am not receiving genuine answer form authority. and that will incurred me the cost of Rs. 1300/-. I often try to contact account department but I not received proper Answer. they behave very badly with us.
then i compelled to file suit against them in Bharuch Consumer forum and i won the case filed by me in Bharuch Consumer Forum and the forum had awarded Rs.4000/- as compensation along with interest on 29th june 2009 but sir valia institute is not yet paying my money and the management said that they were not bind by this order and they have not apple against said order till today
sir the said institute is taking undue advantage of its authority please compelled the Valiya Institute to pay the amount to me.
i also mail the complaint to registrar of Gujarat Technological University, Consumer forum authority about this but no one had reply.
i also request you to take necessary action to curb this type of activity that may lead to dissatisfaction in our educational system.
i request you to complied valiya institute to honour the order of the court.
