Respected Sir,

We are students of VARUVAAN VADIVELAN INSTITUTE OF TECHONOLOGY in DHARMAPURI.

Sir we have some complaints against our college.

The following are the complaints against the college management that we have:

Every year they collect Rs.8500 as development fees and Rs.7500 as miscellaneous fees(lab-coat,normal-coat,and book fees). But there is no improvement of college facilities. They have not provided coats for last three years. The text books provided are not matching the syllabus. These fee are collected only at examination time. Students who are not able to pay the fees are not permitted to attend the exams. Their hall tickets are with held. The hall tickets are given at 10:30 AM on each exam day while the exam starts at 9:30 AM and collected back at the end of the exam. The students are forced to complete the exams in 2 hours where as the original schedule is 3 hours.

since our exam time is reduced we are not able to score marks. All our studies and preparation are wasted. Our whole future is in jeopardy.

We are not sure why they are collecting more money. If asked they are not providing proper response.

Management is collecting more money which is against the total fee declared by Anna University during counseling. During joining, they even asked us to pay Rs.5000 once again which was collected by anna university as registration fee.

This is going on from the day the college has started.

For avoiding any disciplinary action from college management, we are not specifying our identity. So please do not neglect this complaint as any prank letter.

We students kindly request you to make an enquiry on the above mentioned complaints. We are desperately waiting for an action to be taken against the management.

Just please take a concern over this complaint. please do not throw away this letter.
