Transcript fee for WES paid but status shows not paid

I have applied transcripts for WES via Anna University transcript portal. I paid the fee of Rs.2543 via Gpay to Anna University. The transaction is successful from my bank and the amount also debited. But I didn't see it successful in the Anna University website. It still shows the amount is not paid. I contacted my bank and they advised me to check with the beneficiary as the transaction is completed in the bank. I tried to reach the contact...

Duplicate degree certificate applied. But didn't received till now

So i applied in online in official anna university website for duplicate degree certificate. All payments & file uploading finished. But till now I didn't receive my degree certificate. Caution deposit amount not refunded

I'm Megala, pursued ME from Anna University CEG Campus during[protected]. Due to covid19 suitation, completed my course from 2nd sem to final semester through online. I could apply for caution deposit within an year. So, my deposit amount still not refunded and I'm not aware of such a rules. My classmates also facing the same. Still didn't get refund amount. So kindly take action and refund the caution deposit amount as earlier....

Delay in processing transcript request application - Request to process it fast

I have applied for my original degree certificate from both MIT and Anna University on 27th March, 2023.
After applying for the same by going to both the colleges, I have been asked to wait for 10 days to search and issue my Original degree certificate and so after 10 days, I have been informed by both colleges (MIT and Anna University) as my Original degree certificate is not available and so they asked me to submit for duplicate...

Transcript processing delays causing issues

Applied for anna university transcripts through their online portal on march 8th 2023 and not received the transcripts so far. It has been more than one month and still they have not couriered the transcript documents to WES. My application number is Application No: A25233- B34855 and registration no is [protected]. Unable to delete uploaded document in the online services portal

I have registered on the anna university online services website. I need to apply for transcripts for WES. I made a mistake with uploading the wrong document for the WES form, I am not able to delete it or re-upload it since I confirmed the document by mistake. Delay in processing transcript request application

I submitted my transcript request application through the online portal https://onlineservices.annauniv.edu on Nov 21, 2022. The application status remains in "SECTION PROCESS" for long time. It is pending for more than 70 days. Transcripts are usually provided in 5-20 days by other universities in India.

Please take necessary action to process the application faster.

Applied for genuineness certificate verification through the Indian consulate Dubai- CoE_RJ611 on October 3, 2022, and still the status is pending only, Nobody is responding to the calls as well. Really bad service. Please respond at least...

MOI Transcript dispatch delay

Requested MOI on August 8th and Transcripts on August 11th for emigration purposes. All supporting documents that were requested are verified. But online status shows "Section process" for 2 weeks now with no response to phone calls or emails....

Caution deposit refund -KUMUDHINI S S

This is Kumudhini s s from University College Of Engineering, Villupuram. Caution deposit is not processed for reg no:[protected].I uploaded already in AUKDC website and bank details also verified. My No Due is cleared on 2021 December .7 month passed, I did not get any refund amount to my verified bank account. I am requesting you to process the caution deposit refund to my verified bank account.
