I booked my Emila floor with vatika india next on 1may 2009 they promise that the terrace will be common access to all the residents of the floor and the floor will be completed in 2.5 years and most in 3 years, but after that they sold the terrace to the top floor owner with out informing to other residents.
and there project is also getting delay as they have not taken clearance from other government agencies.
when contacted there office they don't give satisfactory answers.
i doubt they ll give the flat on time and same flat which was promised as i also got to know that they have changed the location of the flats. Was this information helpful? | 
Vatika India Next — Good job
Vatika is an excellent company compared to poor state of real estate companies in India. At least it has got the required money to execute projects. Money is not lost with Vatika which is not true with 80% of other real estate companies in India.
