I did even not received my PF claimed in the month of June. Vcustomer has been taken over by RAMP GREEN which is in Turbhe now. I was an ex-employee of Vcustomer EMP ID 29881.

its good time to try the bypass option available with epfo...
There is a procedure that if the company is not responding/closed down we can recover pf directly.
In place of vcustomer recommendation we will need a letter from local authorities of the place u live for identification.

Was working with Spinvox then fingerhut, I couldn't apply in 2008 when I left but I applied in 2 yrs and spoke to HR directly, sorry I cannot recall their names but when you go please carry a revenue stamp as they do not provide it and if you cannot go in person then you can directly go to the PF office located near pool gate camp near burger king and towards the road going to kondhwa. you can fill the form out there as well, its more faster!!
vcustomer — PF not received
Hi,I was working with Vcustomer (Pune) since 31st May 2004 to 30th Sep 2005. I have tried to tranfer as well as withdraw the PF amount, but I have not yet received any. Please look into it.
