Hello Sir,

Due to over crowd every Monday morning in the New Bus Stand Pondicherry there is a long queue to book the seat in the ECR route bus from Pondicherry. As per general concern, there is a queue for men and women, why don't you suggest a queue for differently abled people who could not stand and wait in the queue as seen in the bank and all public services?

I am a differently abled person, when I approached the staff (who is sitting in the booking cabinet and using the mike to announce the bus departure) with the same question for the queue for differently abled people, he replied harshly that there is no such queue and I have to stand in the same queue for reservation.

Is this what a public servant behaves towards differently abled people? Is he educated? Does not he have common sense?

My second concern:

As usual every Monday the new bus stand is crowded, everybody know this. Why there is no booking counter for by-pass bus route of Pondicherry - Tindivanam - Melmaruvathur - Chengalpet - Thambaram?

This counter functions occasionally but not on Monday particularly when crowded.

I request you please take these two points into consideration and do the needful.
