[Resolved]  Venkatasai Gas Agencies — complaint against the employees for delivering gas cylinder on time and then misbehaving with the customers

we have one connection of Indane gas through Venkatasai Gas Agency .. Our delivery address is H-11/A which we have corrected in the office but still the agency never sends the gas on time.. its been over a month we have booked the gas .. and trying to contact the agency.. the agency man says to contact the delivery driver.. and the delivery driver misbehaves and keeps the phone every time we give them a call..its been 1 week that the gas is over and one is responding to our complaint.. Thats how the Govt. works I feel.. Its better to deal with private sector because of the same reason... Will I get proper respond from this agency on time OR NOT?????????
