What we need from Sunil at the moment, is that he comes to the office and meet the clients in person and then assure us, so that we know he intends to pay. I think everybody will wait, if they are going to get the settlement and money in a week or two days as you have mentioned. But he and the other directors need to come out and meet the clients in person. Otherwise, nobody will believe him. I would request you to give me your contact number.

I invested money in Jan'11 in Plan2 & has got no interest. Still I will take 75% of money instead of going legal way.
But the question is how Sunil will pay in two days?

I fully agree with your suggestion that Mr. Sunil Joshi is a gentleman and he is going to pay as he has promised, i.e. latest by 05/05/2011. We should wait till then. He might be in some financial crisis, this might be his bad patch.
It is my personal view that we should wait till 05/05/2011 and then take any harsh decision against Verisign.
As Mumbai investors have decided to meet today in Malad, let us hope for the best. Whatever they decide, I am with the majority of the investors.

Are we meeting today at Dindoshi?
By that time shall we not make a list of all the investor with the copies of their agreement, bounced cheques, final setllement letters etc. Everyone can scan or courier to one person.

I have decided to go and visit Malad, and meet other investors and to discuss and finalise. All other investors also may come to know the current position and the future course of action. In the meantime, I would appreciate if any body coud give me Mr.Mandars contact number or if Mr.Mandar calls me on my contact number 25251425.

All will wait but the problem is there is no single window for communication to Investors. They all are scattered & without proper communication they will do the way they feel.
Since you are close to Sunil's communication, Pl be the single window & assemble all the investor to any ground in Malad or near by & brief.
No body will blame you even if you don't succeed in resolving the matter.

I dont have patience left . my mind clearly says to file an FIR . im really angry on this sunil .

In next 2 days how Sunil is going to pay ? If his intentions were clear then he would not have run away . Where is the mail from Sunil sent to Mandar ? If Mandar has his contact no. and knows his whereabouts then why the same is not shared with all o[censored]s ?
I feel that the rantal space at Malad is till 30/04/11 and the ROC details of the company shows Malad address as Registered office address . We dont know whether Sunil (Verisign) had already informed ROC about the closure of business by 30/04 and thereafter we cant take any action against them as Police may say company is not there etc.etc...I dont know but it is very scary now and foolish on our part to not file an FIR. Because of this our fear Crooks like Sunil and Co. are playing with our money. Can someone check legal aspect of it.? Can we file FIR after company has closed their operations and moved from rental space ? Legally once they leave after 30/04 /11 what will be company address ? They (verisign) said to us that they are doing foreign currency trading ad Chennai, is someone has got their Chennai address ? Old aquaintances like Mandar etc. may answer this .

Dont worry Sam, we always right to file an FIR at any stage, and i dont feel you should fire at mandar . He is also one of the poor investor and agent . So dont worry, even if their rental agreement expires or company closes, we have cheques, so that should not be a problem in filling an FIR, so just relax about that .
i m not fighting with anybody dear. I am just raising my concern and thinking aloud. I am alos depressed and frustrated like all and dont know wot to do...

But by this time I think we all should unite. If someone who resides near Malad can lead the show by compiling the list of investors. This will help us in launching the FIR (in case if it is required) as a group & not as a individual. I think this will only help us.

sunil joshi send me a another mail that he will pay the dues to the clients, he needs two more days to mail me all the details about the client's payment. so my group ( agents) like mhatre, badgujar, vaidya, ravi, vyas, nina, kavita, pravin shetty ..., is ready for the settelment and we all r ready to wait for week. now u think what u have to do ????????
