We are waiting till tomorrow, if we do not get our money by EOD tomorrow we should all meet on 6th and proceed legally with all those involved in/with this company. No one should be spared so that such events do not recur in the future. Unless strong examples are made nobody really gets scared of the system.

Even I along with one of my family friend had invested in this company.Urmi narrated the same story to us also.We had gone to mumbai to collect our checks.We got our checks from them and we were told to submit those checks on 20th april.But all our checks got bounced.We have also heard that the directors Sunil Joshi and the other one has left the country.We are not able to contact Urmi also...Please take some action.

One final day left for Mr.Sunil to come out, meet the investors and decide on the settlement of the principal amount of our investments. So lets, wait and be patient and hope and pray that good sense previals and that Sunil Joshi, does meet his obligations towards his investors who have reposed so much faith in him, so as to wait for the 4th and 5th May, which he had sought for as based on the email he sent to Mr.Mandar.
I know and understand that all our investors patience is running out, and as per my knowledge, already most of the investors are in contact with all their means to find out ways to bring Sunil Joshi back and to fulfill his commitments. Infact, it has been learnt from reliable sources that already some persons have approached the EOW and are in contact with a top ranking official who has full sympathy and has asssured his complete support to book the defaulters for necessary steps to recover our hard earned money.
At this moment, my main purpose of posting here, is to ensure that all investors come together and first fully acknowledge the efforts taken by Mr.Prashant Mhatre and Mr.Mandar, in being with us and doing all their best to help us in our efforts to recover our money. I take this opportunity to thank both Mr.Prashant and Mr.Mandar, and would urge them to be with us and help us further in future course of our actions to get back our hard earned money from Joshi and company. We also should understand and thank Mr.Prashant for taking out his valuable time to investigate so much in this matter and for each and every step he has taken including involving the press. This I am sure everybody knows that the Media is one strong and faster way to redress our grievances and once the amount of money involved is known, then all hell will break loose unless and until Joshi keeps his word to return back the hard earned money of the investors.
I think this is the final opportunity for Joshi, to come out. At the same time, I also urge Mr. Prashant and Mr.Mandar, to be with us and help us in what is to follow til the time, we get back our investments.
A word of appreciation and thanks from individual investors to both Mr.Prashant and Mandar, through this forum, would be highly appreciated for the services and time taken out by both these persons. I would like to inform that we need to be united and fight as one. This is the final solution to get back our money.

I am back in Dubai, I am already on this case i do not want to spoil any ones name. Dubai or the middle east is a small place and tracking a person is no problem...i have some influence here in the correct places i will get the information if we need to go that way no problem.

Today is the 5th I hope and pray that we get information today.
as i told earlier that i had invested in three company and rapidly all three were on a way to close within 3-4 month,
1st company of dader whose director a real hero, who called on feb all investor and apologized investor for his mistake had made company lose all money.he asked time period from investor till June some accepted and some create scene, but director accept the challenge and worked hard, overall his effort multiple 25 lakh to 10 Cr within 2mnts and he had called Mumbai investor on 15 may to take principal with profit and he cleared Indore, Surat, pune, Calcutta investor money.and next 3 month he is achieving 80 Cr in commodity.(i was very close to director, i have seen he worked 18 hrs daily, never remain away from office as to make investor believe that he is not on run, faced all tough side and investor, he accept the challenge and won the battle)now people call him real hero and he got a respect from investor from bottom of heart.)
2nd company of suraksha whose director whom people called as devil, who never called but vanished like a dream, office closed, all property sold, account closed, no hint left behind as a professional cheater, we in a group compliant in local police station and decided to go further after 15 days as we were not hoping much from local police station, but we were wrong within 15 day police trap and brought culprit in station and i went to see him but i could not recognize him has police had change his makeup by belt and latthi, police assured of investor money, as they started recovery of investor money which he invested on other names, police have full confidence on their latthi and belt and i too.
3rd company verisign now all 3 director decide which above way is better.
i am complete frustrate on verisign you took my investment on feb 2011 and not paid anything when you were in loss, for what reason you where collecting money, there is no way that i shall taking money from my family mouth and giving you to enjoy your life.i shall fight for my money.
if you are serious why you don't call, sitting in a/c forwarding message making over life hell.
all investor be united and we shall fight for money, we shall from local police station to mantrale, from income tax department to reserve bank we shall fight, we shall use all resource from India to world .

mr kitu_d in Dubai meet Indian ambassador and give director name who is there, they shall inform local authority for matter, just wait for 5may to confirm what is in there mind if they are true hero we shall respect them or then we shall forward you fir copy, and we to on way to trap location and we are near success,

Mr Ahmed but how will you trap dhavan or sunil, as they are gone abroad ? If you any good idea, lets all together join in your efforts and get those people to justice .

I will again request to not to file any complaint against anyone, as going in the courts will delay our recovery and instead of getting the problem solved, it will create a new problem which will be hard to dissolve.
I believe in Mr. MANDAR, Let's follow his advice.
