Since Dhiraj Dhavan has absconded to Dubai/ Hong Kong, Should'nt we lodge a complain to the Dubai police as well. Also, how about the Interpol?

Working on a plan...time is what we require he will be caught soon there is progress in Dubai i cannot put it in a public Forum since there are a lot of insiders here as well...who give the news to the Directors also the Directors from what i know are now frightened..am working with some influential people.
As i said i am willing to spend more money...the crooks will get caught if they do not pay.
sunil/dhavan better start praying to his Buppa...only paying back the capital + expenses will help him now

i am a senior citizen and had invested Rs.5 Lakhs in Verisign Inventures. This investment was made through an agent in Navi Mumbai namely Pinnacle Wealth Management (Ms.Kavita Bothra/Ms. Nina Kotian). The interested offered by them is 2% p.m. As this was a good offer compared to what I was getting from my FD @ 9% p.a, I had withdrawn the money from the bank and invested in Verisign through Pinnacle.
As had not get any interest since March 11, I had contacted the agent, who told me that as there is some problem in the trading platform of Verisign, they are in the process of refunding the amount along with interest by 18th April 2011. Accordingly, I had returned the cheque to them. When I contacted the office of Pinnacle on 18th April, they informed money has already received in the ESCROW account of Verisign, and it will take some time to transfer the same to the Indian account and the Principle + interest will be returned to me in the first week of May 11. As I was not got the money in the first week of May 2011 and I have been following up with the agent only, and they now informed that there is some problem and they are in the process of making action against Verigin etc.
While surfing net yesterday, I happen to see the posting in this forum and then only I came to understand about the gravity of the situation. It is also gathered from this forum that the actual interest being paid by Verisign to various investors is to the tune of 10% whereas I have been offered only 2% interest. It is sure that the agent has earned balance interest of 8% from my investment, in addition to the commission. The agent has earned more than what I was earned from my hard earned money. Hence, it is the responsibility of the agent to get back my money at any cost.
Now I don’t know how to proceed in the matter – whether I should fight with the agent or join all of you for getting. The response of the agent is very poor as if they are not really aware of the actual problem.

I have also invested through Pinnacle. They have assured us that they are taking up the matter on their customer's behalf and have started the process for recovery. They had told the situation to us and have not hidden anything. As long as verisign was paying everybody got their payments and was happy. Now that they have stopped paying, evryone is blaming someone. I think that if the ladies are taking up the task of recovery I think we should give a chance and put up a fight rather than giving up. Fighting with the agents is not going to get us anywhere as the agreement is with Verisign. We will not be able to do anything if the agent also gives up.

You have posted 7 comments in response to my posting. The last three sentences of your first posting are not in good taste. You have deleted the same subsequently.
It is the fact that everybody was getting interest till such time Verisign was paying. This has become a matter of concern only after interest payment was stopped. It is also acceptable that as an agent Pinnacle has the right to get some commission/service charges to cover up their administrative expenses. Is it fair that agent take 8% and give investor 2% ?
As I was having full confidence on the words of Ms.Kavita/Ms.Nina, and only based on their assurance/explanations and their credibility in the market, I had made this investment. I am sure that you may also have made the investment in Verisign based on these grounds. Hence, I feel that agent is having the moral responsibility to get back our money from Verisign. It is noted from your posting that you have got assurance from Pinnacle that they are taking up the matter of recovery, but have you got any assurance regarding return of your principle amount?
I am in the process of consulting a person who is having very good experience in dealing with such Economic offence matters and will take up the matter accordingly. As we are all in the same boat, if you have any other suggestions, kindly share it.

Shut your bloody mouth. Dont post the same message again and again to change the pages so that the previous comment cant be seen. Invevestor Forex is absolutely correct. I also invested through an agent and they are also taking up the matter to police etc. But taking up the matter is not enough for a responsible agent. These people were enjoying our money (2% vs 8% is four fold of our income) and hence they are bound to give our money back. Dont bring in your guesses and assumptions to this forum. There is no way they can escape. After all we all are around. World is so small.

Dear Investor Forex, pls file a complaint against your agent, because they have taken ur 8% share of your hard earned money. They should pay you back, because they use to get 5% commission from the company. So in total they have earned 13% of your hard earned money. U need to go to your local police station to complaint against your agent or u can go to Dindoshi police station as the company was located there. First you appoint a lawyer as he/she would be the best person to draft your letter
Yes. That is right. Whoever invested through Pinnacle should file a case against them. Why don't you guys assemble and file a case against them too. other direct investors, we should not discuss our strategy etc here as Sunil et al will be watching this and I am sure they are already misguiding us through some posts. For that matter some of the agents too are misleading us. File a case against your agent too. I think we should make yahoo groups or so to discuss this further. May be someone can moderate and only through genuine proof one should be given access. Ph Number, etc. Can someone good in computer do this please?

I had gone to Dindoshi Police Station to Submit my documents, and i happened to ask if any FIR was filed by some Vinod Naidu, they said no, no FIR has been filed in such name against verisign inventures. So it is clear that Dhiraj Dhavan, Hemal Gandhi, Sunil Joshi are trying to misguide all the investors, by posting false comments, so pls be careful and take deccisions.
