i bought a pair of versace frames from optical express in dunfermline fife 2 years ago. the metal nose bridge support on the rames has broken of. i went to optical express and i was informed that as the frames were just over 2 years old i would have no recourse to a new pair. i am extremmly anger at this, as the frames plus the lenses came to almost £500. i had the idea that buying expensive frames would mean that i would not need to change the frames in the future had i needed new glasses. has any one else had this problem. the frames are versace model 1110

same exact thing happened to my mother's Versace eyeglass frames -- they too are 1 year and 10 months! -- the "arm" just fell off -- now I know they are almost two years old -- but my mother is 96 years old (no sports involved here) and she only wears them to read -- so maybe 10-15 hours a week -- the optician could not fix them -- I had to take it to a jewelry fix-it place -- and it's costing me US$50 to solder the two pieces together --
the eyeglasses were overpriced -- and cheaply made --
PS -- the little rhinestones on the corners are also begining to fall out -- at least I can replace those myself -- DON'T BUY VERSACE EYEGLASS FRAMES -- they are a waste of money

I have using our RBL cc on site for a online paymnt on 24/5/19. i have done payment of CNY713.66.But a another transaction was done from my CC of CNY819.99. This last transaction happen without my confirmation. After that above transaction regarding a call rcvd from RBL than i have told him to block my card.. Plz help me & refund. it's a fraud .
