Hi Im Mbali Zulu with a complaint for my new versace crystal noir.i purchased my fragrance at edgars and to my review it is 90 percent water it doesnt stay not longer than a minute on my clothes nor skin.i am highly disappointed and I am prepared to take this matter as far as I can as I am a loyal versace fan and wanted to try something new. I can not even begin to explain my fustration because today I went to report this matter at the pavillion...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Glasses frames
I purchased a pair of glasses in Liverpool and the Versace frames have proved to be faulty. I had them repaired once but they have developed the same fault again.
