[Resolved]  Vertex — PF A/c No.HR/25452/3150

Sir,

I am an ex-employee of Vertex India located on 5th Floor, Unitech World, Cyber park, Sec-39, Gurgaon.I applied for the PF in April, 2008. However, after a few days I was told that the form has been returned as it has to be sent along with the SSN form. Therefore, I filled both forms this time and I was informed by the employer that my forms have been forwarded on 5th March, 2008. After 3 months when I called them back to inquire, I was informed that my forms were actually sent on 26th march though it has still been over three months that I have not received my PF amount credited to my bank account as requested on the form. I was never given any reference number or receipt for the same.I will be obliged if something can be done about the same please.
