My name is sagar aggarwal, i m in ex - employee of vertex, i have left vertex in july, 17. I was promise that you would get your pf by applying online i have did the same, however i was unable to claim my pf amount because of kyc pending, i have also uploaded my kyc which need to be approve from vertex company side,
My kyc was in pending stage from. Last 2 month which has not been updated yet, multiple times mail has been send to vertex but no revert from your end, so kindly suggest, i am in big trouble and i want to withdrawal my pf amount.
