I am also cheated by VHF Selve and instead of yield amount they sent me some papers saying that I got a plot at Kodaicanal. I had sent many letters and I was trying to contact them but all in vain . I am also interested to take legal action against VHF.

I met Bharath at Hosur two weeks ago (6 AUG 2010) and he is now busy with this marriage proposal as he is getting married soon. He requested me to contact him after two or three month as he is planning to buy back all the properties that his father had sold to many NRIs mainly in the Gulf. I am from Dubai and bought this piece of property during 1993 when i was in Muscat and just once i got an amout of INR 5000 and afterwards till now nothing as returns from them. Our meeting lasted only for less than two minutes. Bharath Gave his business card and asked me to send an email to him. I dont think they will cheat us but am sure what we are going to get back is probably less that what we had invested some twelve or thirteen years ago. I want Bharath to be aware that he is accountable for all the investors who believed his parents Jaganathan and Selve and gave them so much of money. Now when you speak to Bharath he asks for more money on different pretext and suddenly disappears. He avoids giving his contact details and does not have an email address.
