Dear Sir, I had purchased a plot of 2400 Sq ft from Dr.Jagnathan in 1995 with assurance that this community will be developed by them and we can built own house in it. But unfortunately nothing has been done by them until now and we are not able to sell this plot due to non development. A lot of people have been scammed by this company. I too have a property in phase xxiv kodai dam view. The interesting thing is that a post on your site has been referring mathews - mobile number, +91 - [protected], who is a broker. He visited me in mumbai on 3rd august 2019 and said he would get back to me in 10 to 15 days. He had a lot of papers of vhf plot owners and wanted help with locating these people in mumbai. Hi I purchased a plot in Hosur in 1998 from Mr Jagannathan. However, I tried to sell it around the time he died. Now I am stuck. I was also promised at the time of booking these plots in 1993 that the returns of these will be paid after 20 years, but it is long passed the time and still no response from VHF. the company's MD Dr. Jagannathan used to stay in a hotel at Muscat, Dubai, Doha most of the time selling these properties. Many have bought, a few are happy as they got everything whereas long term investors are suffering.
