I Sumit Kochar has taken Agency of Via World I had a very Bad Experience with it, I booked an rail ticket, In my ticket the company has written that t their your booking has been aborted and amount will be refunded to you in 20 minutes.but after 30 minutes i made the aborted ticket again and again same problem. after 1 hour both tickets were booked.and i have an big loss. I kept a request to Customer care of Via World at the beginning stage but he said both tickets are booked and then we cancel the ticket and amount will be giving to us is only below than 10% of the ticket. Thanks for this information, many times i tried to call them for asking about Agency But they are not telling me proper direct Disconnecting to my Phone call im trying from last one month, so after i realized "if this company is troubling from starting time Then what will happen if i will start Agency with Via World.

it's really Local Chaap Stupid company

Sorry to say but it is already mentioned by compant that "Kindly wait for IRCTC response for your booking. Do not book again before response, otherwise double booking will happen". i am alos a agent of via in chandigarh its not there mistake we have to take care of it. it a software which we are using.

This is to inform you that IRCT never takes more that 5 minute time in booking confirmation while viaworld many times takes 1 to 3 hrs for confirmation, secondly if you are agent why you wrote it is software which we are using.Via world is completely a scam it has taken franchise fee from me and not given me any reciept from last 1 year

I BOOKED AN HOTEL the company has written that t their your booking has been aborted and amount will be refunded to you in 20 minutes.but 3days No Refund I kept a request to Customer care 8Times Mail No They are really
shameless. Don’t take this agency, as an Agent am feeling shame to say this.
