Vian Infrastructure — Fraud company

I agree completely with the above complaint even I was given 2 chqs out of which 1 came back now there is no one to talk to for refdund all these guys are big rogues so beware.
I am an investor from Mumbai if anyone is able to help me please do.

This is put on record one time or hundred times that vian infrastructure is 'chor company' without any doubts. I had booked a plot in jaipur and have paid almost 75% money to these vian jokers( sharma and thapar)

From last two years my refund request is pending, IN MAY 09 they had agreed to pay through EMIs but gave away the bounce cheques.Their fraudulant behaviour is of exreme nature just like hard core b-----.

They have to realise that nobody has time and should understand applicants have given their hard earned money. Behave like a proper builder or else will be treated like one.

REFUND CHEQUES ARE BOUNCING, THIS GROUP IS TOTAL FRAUD/UNCOOTH PEOPLE BOTH THAPAR AND SHARMA.

I had booked a plot in Haridwar and another in neemrana but these havent given me possesion or any justified reply in the last 4 years.they seem to be running thiir company only with ads and actually they are pimps of their mothers and daughters whom they are selling.

we have booked the plots in 2006 Oct-Nov at vian hills Indore but they haven't give any possession or any reply for that instead of assurance of development within 2 months.even they doesn't start anything there
since 3 years We have payed 30% of the plot value and if we asked them to cancel the booking and refund money, they are cutting 25% of amount as there administration charges.
this fraud behaviour is extremly disgusting and behaving irresponsibly.

I have booked 2 plots in Neemrana project of Vian. Even after final payment still we have not recd. any position and not refund.
Kindly let me know guideline to take legal action.

I booked a plot of 120 sq yards size. I made full and final payment on[protected]. Since then I have had to face lies only from Sandip Anand, Asstt Manager of Company. Earlier they told me patta will be given to me now they are telling me that the plot allotted to me will be registered. I don't know how can agril. land be registered for residential use.

It looks I have landed in terrible mess.

I am also a victim of Neemrana plots I booked plots but no progress on site and money is also not refundded. MAHIPAL SINGH
