Sir my father makhan lal sharma have purchased a plot of vian infrastructure for rs 3.5 lacs in jaipur and the registration process is also complete. But possession of plot has not been so far. Kindly look into natter.

Let's get united and take a legal action against him.

i have booked a plot of size 120 sq. yd. in neemrana project and paid Rs. 90,000 in advance . on demanding more money i asked them to give me my plot and on the same date i will pay to u. but they didnot agree. so i ask for my refund . applied for refund but till date i didn't get any amt. can there is anybody who advice me what i to do now as owner is in jail with economoic offence police

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had invested in vian Infrastructure company in 2007 for a plot of 120sq yds proposed to be located in Haridwar. Plot number-H1945.
After apprx 50% of payment i suspect on the creditability of the company i surrendered their aggrement and asked my funds back. They gave me 2 cheques worth 2.27 lacs which got bounced later.
Till date I have visited their all officed in Delhi/NCR and found them closed, nobody is there to hear for this.
Request your kind help and suggestion for any further course of action.

I HAD BOOKED MY PLOT AT NEEMRAANA OF 120SQYD THROUGH VIAN INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD.I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE FULL AMOUNT OF RS.320000 TO THEM ON THEIR ASSURANCE OF REGISTRATION OF PLOTS.
BUT ALL WENT WRONG WHEN THE BUILDER WAS DECLARED FRAUD.

I HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR ALL THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKED THEIR PLOTS IN VIAN INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED SINGLE PENNY FROM THEM.
IF WE ARE GOING TO BE IN SILENT MODE AND NOT RAISE THIS ISSUE THEN FORGET ABOUT YOUR MONEY.ONE WAY OF GETTING BACK THE MONEY IS TO FORM THE GROUP AND JOINTLY FIGHT TO GET BACK YOUR MONEY.

I AM JUST INITIATING THIS MOVE AND HOPE U ALL WILL RESPOND POSITIVELY AND CALL ME ON THE BELOW NUMBER.I WILL COORDINATE ALL THE ACTIVITIES AND FIX THE MEETING TIME AND DATE FOR FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION.

Vian is an an absolute fraud company.We had booked a flat in their thane-Mumbai project & made a down payment of 3 lakhs.The project never took off & we asked for a refund.Wewere able to get 1 lakh in 1 year That too in bits & pieces.Now 2 lakhs are still stuck .They have changed all their land line numbers & cell numbers .Now since we are in Mumbai it is very difficult to followup.If anyone out there can provide us with their new address & phone numbers that will be a great help.

I am a UK resident. I put down deposits for 2 apartments in Mira Road, Mumbai, 2 plots in Jaipur and 2 plots in Neemrana back in January 2007. I paid 25,000 GBP in total or 1,715,000 Rupees. Suria Tharpar was my main contact in their temporary office in London, UK. I contacted Vian again in January 2009 to ask for a progress report and was advised that the Mira Road project had been suspended and that I could get a refund or transfer the monies to Neemrana and Jaipur. I advised that I would like a refund. Vian said I needed to complete a refund request form-my contact in India was Ramesh Pai. I did this and did not hear from them for a while. I contacted Ramesh Pai again in January 2010 and he advised that he had resigned from Vian and I should call them on a new number he had provided. This telephone number[protected] is also on the Vian website. I called the number but it does not exist.

I do not now know how I will get my refund now.

We have booked two plots 120 and 200 in haridwar and paid 100% for the same in march 2009. But till date we did not get any position and we did not see any development Secondly there is no responsible person to be contacted. Please tell how we will get our plot or money and what to do in this situation

Subject: Stop payment of balance EMI (Customer code : HV 1037)

Dear sir

This is in reference to my earlier letter dated 20.03.09 In which I have made stop payment for three cheques and it was clearly stated in that letter that if no progress is there regarding construction of my Villa , I will be making stop payment for rest of the EMI.

I have personally visited your site on 23.06.09 (Photograph attached), I was really shocked to see the abandoned site. It seems that vian has literally stopped the work and the investor are duped of there hard earned money I am associated with Vian for more than three years and have been paying the money whenever asked for. But seeing the condition of the site, it seems money which I have invested has gone waste. The condition of the site is same as when I last visited it in the month of September2008.

So I have decided to make stop payment for rest of the balance 4 EMI’s for the month of July to October 2009 having following details.
1.Cheque No. 336309 dated 12.07.09 Allahabad Bank
2.Cheque No. 336310 dated 12.08.09 Allahabad Bank
3.Cheque No. 302868 dated 12.09.09 ICICI Bank
4.Cheque No. 302869 dated 12.10.09 ICICI Bank

Initially I had booked a 200 yards plot but company later convinced me of getting it converted to Vila as they are not getting the permission of the same and Vilas will be handed over to me within six months. And now almost 10 months have passed away, and no sign of progress can be seen on the site. Recent Photographs which I have attached with my letter are sufficient to express the situation very well.

I am a salaried person and I cant afford to bear so much loss. Now either the company refund back my money with interest or if the company has genuine intension of developing the site and constructing and handover the Vilas, I am ready to pay the complete balance amount at one go on getting the possession.

I am an investor from Mumbai, I had invested in their Mira Rd project which was in 2007. Unfortunately for me and FORTUNATELY them people the project did not come up. I was asked to take back the amount which I had invested in the project ie is 1.5lacs. Their beautiful Andheri office which lured many innocent middle class families like us to invest in your company no longer exists. We were asked to sign some documents and promised that the sums would be returned. After ferw days I was handed 2 chqs. and I was delighted thinking that my capital is secured. I cooly deposited the chqs in the bank but to my dismay, only 1 chq got cleared and the other came back not once but twice. Now there was no one who could be contacted in this regard.

Fortunately there was 1 gentleman who was their broker Mr Jagdish Tarachandani whose contact no I had and who was my only hope to be in touch with them. He helped me by giving their Delhi details and nos. I was constantly in touch with their chairman Mr. Thapar who assured me umpteen no. of times that my payment would come.

I even corresponded with ur Delhi address but the letter came back saying no receiver.All this communication happened last year. Unfortunately Mr Tarachnadani also passed away.
I have located their nos from the website Now I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE STATUS O[censored]S INVESTORS. Unfortunately Mr Thapar's cell no which I had is no longer the same.I request them to settle my payment at the earliest.I invested in ur company with a lot of faith but to my utter dissappointment. Hoping for the best.

I, Vineet Kandwal, booked 120sq. yard plot in Jaipur, 2 1/2 yrs. back.After visiting the site and no development work has been carried out in last 2 1/2yrs, i decided to sell it back to Vian.For last one year I'm following with them (Nitin Mehta-mobile no. [protected])regarding the same, neither they are refunding the money, neither selling it as commited by them time and again.I have already spend around thousands of rupees in visiting their office and calling them on phone.To my surprise, today(12thJuly, 2008) when I tried to contact them on phone(Nitin Mehta-mobile no. [protected]), his no. was deactivated and was contineously coming as does not exist.When I tried their other nos. I found that all the nos. including their branch offices in delhi and other cities all over india does not exists.We should all unite and file a case against the promoters of the project to get our money back.

When I booked a plot in Vian Infrastructure's Royal Estate in so called Noida I did not know anything about this company only that I was already attracted by its glossy advertisements.
As soon as I paid Rs. 20000 as advance for a paid I came to know about it's past dubious background and then I stopped my PDC checks and with great difficulty applied for refund.
Initially it refused to accept the refund application. Now they are not ready to give me the refund of my money. I wish I could do something.
