Yes true...but then why is there employee claiming that they have obtained the Approvals & the Licence for the Haridwar Group Housing through (HDA) Haridwar Development Authority. I too have registered 3 plots in Haridwar and they are saying that they would start giving the possessions from this November. I am very confused as what to do as there is lot of hard earned money involved here. Kindly guide.

I had also invested in the Vian Infrastructure Ltd, Haridwar project in nov 2006. There had been absolutely no progress in the project till date.I want to refund my money. I had written to the EOW also in September 2009 but have not received any response from them. I agree that we all should get together and create pressure to get back our invested money.
I am duped by Vian infrastructure to the tune of 2l app. 3 years ago. i had booked plot in their haridwar project. Now what is the project progress only god knows.

I am also a victim of Vian fraud. I booked 1 plots in Vian Haridwar and has deposited 50 % money with them. Despite passing of more than 3 years i am still to see any progress in the project. And nobody is giving any reply. All phones are out of service, and they are changes their office so frequently.
Enough is enough i want my money back.
Pls inform me what to do next.

i myself is also victim of vian group. i had purchased a plot at hardwar project.they had made my registry of 120 sq m plot but no development at site, it is not clear how i get my possession of registered plot n i have legal regisry made at rookee is with me.simillarly i have booked a plot at 5`00sqm plot @5 lacs at greater noida plot project for that i m having a money back buy back purchase agreement with vian .But it is not clear how i file the case against vian directors.mk sharma .[protected] [protected]@yahoo.in
I also purchased a plot of 200 sq.yards at Roorki, Haridwar. Registry has been executed but Company is not giving possession. All telephone numbers of Company are not working. I don't know how I should contact with the Company people. I suggest that we all plot holders should form a group and fight together. Please contact for further course of action.
