I booked 120 sq yard plot at vian infrastructure neemrana (Rajasthan) in 2006 and has paid around inr 2, 71, 000, but till date i have not got any information from vian side, all their contact numbers are not working and office shut.
I along with other investors applied in consumer court alwar in 2011, but there is still no response.
Request you to kindly help in getting my amount back

I have booked a 120 sq. Mtr. Plot in vian infrastructure limited 's haridwar project 2007 and 100% payment up to aug.2009 according. At that i along with our 14 more staff were informed to proceed registry in next week. But afterly we found company's office sweep off from there without any information to us. Since then i with my 14 more victimised staff are asking with other about company's recent add.& contacts so that we can approach them for our money back.

I Ram Chander Yadav booked a plot of 120 sq yard on dated 2 december 2006 in Neemrana.
I deposited whole of the amount of 3 lacs 50 thousand.But after seeing no development work at the said site i searched their office at connaught place,dlf phase 2 gurgaon,jhandewalan,and rangpuri (mahipalpur) and found all of their offices either abandoned or closed . Their website is also not working and the phone numbers are also either fake or belong to somebody else .THIS IS A BIG FRAUD and i want my whole amount back .

I Ajay Kumar, booked a 120 sq. mtr plot in Haridwar in Oct-2006, and after seeing no developement work at site, I decided to cancel the plot.
Thereafter I have applied for refund in the month of July-2007 and subsequetly I got three cheques (two for interest and one for principal amount). cheque having interest amount was cleared but the cheque of principal amount was stopped by the Vian Infrastructure Ltd. the details of cheque is as follows

Threfore the intention of Vian Infrastructure is very clear that they do not want to refund my money.
They have also not replied my e-mail sent to the Director Mr. Surya Thapar <surya.[protected]@vian.in> and <sangeeta.[protected]@vian.in>on 25-04-08

My case s exactly same . I also want the company to return the payment that i ve made otherwise i ll b putting up the case thrrogh courts.its such a long time since i ve made 50% payment but no registration/allotment has been done.

I Rajeev Kumar have the same case. I applied for Jaipur & half payment done 155400 /- in 2006. Now its 2008 & i have not received my plot registry or my refund back. I also applied for cancellation in 19-July-07 & same they issued 3 cheques for my payment in which 2 were of interest & 1 was for principal amount. My cheque for principal amount got bounced & after continuee follow up with them they gave me 3 cheques & 2 got bounced.

i booked a 300sq. yard plot in Jaipur. I have paid around 2lac 78 thousand rupees.
First i did not get the receipt of payment .After smelling something fishy i went to the office and asked for receipt . After an arguement a got a receipt ad then i applied for a refund . I applied for refund in Sep 07. But no answer from their sid . I asked my friend to collect cheques for me as i m not in the country.they issued 3 and only 2 of Rs.16, 000 got honoured and the main was blocked .When my father contacted them, reply is we do not have money.
I think we should form a unite and take an action against the fraud company.

I booked Three Plots in Haridwar and applied for the cancellation after seeing the property documnets. There is no land in the name of company they are making fool to the public in large. I received 6 months post dated cheques in june-2007 which are to be cleared in oct.-07 & Nov.-07 All the cheques dishonoured due to insufficent funds. Then compny give me another cheques of Syndicate Bank but these cheques are dishonoured as there is no balance of the company account. This is my request of all who has been cheted by the compnay and their borkers to unite and file the case against brokers and compnay.
I have booked a plot under Agra, but I haven't received any thing from VIAN. Neither they provide what are the developments and they asked me to pay the full amount in lieu of Govt. ELC/PLC Charges.
i am not sure what's the status of all the projects. I am worried now.

After 1 year i.e., in july I registered a complaint in police & with the help of police I got my refund (Draft) on 13th Oct 08. I also suggest to all of the invester first they take legal action against the company so that they will get the money back else they can lost their hard earned money in these types of company.
As mentioned above finaly after long struggle i got my money back from vian.

We are also facing the similar problems. Our one cheque for Rs960/= was returned twice. Company on the other hand is claiming that they have returned back money to all who have applied. Please raise this matter to the press. I am always withyou all.

My case is also same. I booked one plot in Bhiwadi in 2007 and paid 2, 09400 Rs in advance. Last year when dealt with them sternly, they gave me four PDC's of 50k each.
As usual with you guys, PDC's got bounced due to insufficient money. Now when I spoke to them on phone they have changed the address even and talking about the DD's to be provided over 12 months duration.
What the hell...
After two years they are talking about DD on monthly basis as if our money was taken over a long period of time. Moreover these have changed the office from Delhi to Gurgaon now in Building 8 DLF cybercity. Very interesting, just to escape from the investors who are mostly based in Delhi. Now they want me to come down to their office to settle the matter. Settle what????
To get my own hard earned money, I need to go back to them to get it in pieces.. And don't even know whether it will come back or not..

My case is also same. I booked one plot in Bhiwadi in 2007 and paid 2, 09400 Rs in advance. Last year when dealt with them sternly, they gave me four PDC's of 50k each.
As usual with you guys, PDC's got bounced due to insufficient money. Now when I spoke to them on phone they have changed the address even and talking about the DD's to be provided over 12 months duration.
What the hell...
After two years they are talking about DD on monthly basis as if our money was taken over a long period of time. Moreover these have changed the office from Delhi to Gurgaon now in Building 8 DLF cybercity. Very interesting, just to escape from the investors who are mostly based in Delhi. Now they want me to come down to their office to settle the matter. Settle what????
To get my own hard earned money, I need to go back to them to get it in pieces.. And don't even know whether it will come back or not..

I'm like many other citizens have been duped by this company. I had applied for a plot in Haridwar project @ 193982/. Seeing no progress at site for long time I applied for refund for which company agreed and issued me cheque for full amount. But after sometime they gave a call not to deposit the cheque as they have discontinued a/c in the bank and promised to give other cheques from different account. But to my surprise when the new cheques were deposited in the bank they bounced. I have already sent a notice to the company u/s 138/141 of Negotaible Instruments Act.I am a Senior Citizen and am ready to take up the matter jointly with the victims. I have been following up with local office in indore since past 2 years for refund. The check was issued by VIAN but the payment was stopped. Now they do not have fuctional offic ein indore & from past 6 months i have been following up with rakesh, pwan at gurgaon office & getting new dates fro sendign refund during every conversation.

Vian a fraud company, I have invested for there Haridwar-Ganga project and given 100 % payment with all charges like they ask for park facing and corner plots. Till date getting only there assurance of plot registry but unfortunely it now more than 2 yrs. Neighter they have given any money back or any information on plot registry forget about development at site.

Dear investors, I have also invested in one of the project of real estate company vian infrastructure and the company owes me 1 lakh rupees for a property has not even started constructing till now.I went into the matter a lot of times and consulted a various lawyers but no one can guarantee money back. So the basic fact is that until and unless the chairman of the company surya thapar comes out, there is no possibility that we will get our money back.So lets hope that he comes out of the jail soon as he is the one who is responsible for all this.Even if he gets punishment and stays in the jail for the longest time there is no chance of getting the money back. the court will keep giving dates and keep accusing him but no one will be able to return our money except for surya thapar.

First i did not get the 3rd receipt of payment .After smelling something fishy i went to the office and asked for receipt and write mails to Ms. sruti & Mr. R.K. Gupta Minimaum 50 times. After an arguement a got a receipt after 3 month of payment of 3rd installment. I request to Co. for demand balance payments but he ask that 50% of balance payment take after agreement with you. So, i feel some fraud in all matter. So, ad then i applied for a refund . I applied for refund in Sep 07. But no answer from their sid . Last i fill Court case in Mar. 08 at consumer court at KG Marg N.Delhi after advocate notice.
I think we should form a unite and take an action against the fraud company.

I have booked a plot in Indore project through Vian Bhopal Office, but when they left the Bhopal, I have cancelled the same and get the cheque of invested amount Rs.50625.00. When I diposite the cheque in my bank, the cheque bounced due to insufficient fund 3 times. I have registered the case in 138. Court has issued the arrest warrant through S.P. Delhi. I fully agree that Vian infrastructure is a company having the idea of fraud in the basic mind set. they do not give the land, they do not refund the money and the cheques they issue are bounced. I also have Rs.75, 000/- deposited for a 120 sq.mtr plot in neemrana. Despite the pursuance over the last three years they have not refunded the money.

PURCHASE OF PLOT AT TONK ROAD, JAIPUR IN VIAN CITY

We registered for a 120sq. yads plot at Vian City Jaipur. First payment was made on 12.08.2006. The Consumer Code allotted is 1367. The necessary 'Plot Buyer's Agreement ' was also got signed on 12.08.2007 and it contains the allotment of plot no. D-172, Sector VI to us. As per the demand raised we had paid instalments of Rs.2 lacs approx.We stopped payment on hearing some adverse reports in the media about the fraud committed by the company on its customers.In the meantime we asked our relatives over there to check the claims about starting the project. We then went ourselves in December 2009 and checked that they have removed their name Board from their site and not even preliminary works had started. The company keeps changing its location, addresses & it is difficult to trace for any information as well as recovery of our money. Please help. I had booked a plot of 120 sq yard at Vian Infrastructure Limited Haridwar , customer code H 5628.tH FULL PAYMENT OF PLOT IS 3,96,360 FULLY PAID & a flat GH 67 of amount Rs 306100 submitted to Vian Infrastructure Limited, & requested to return money against flat mentioned. But no action has taken till date by Vian Infrastructure Limited .
Complaint also registered to ACP crime branch of Institutional Economic Offences Wing, Crime Branch, C-22/23, Udhyog Sadan, Qutab Area, New Delhi -registration no D1288 dated 23/2/11.

No progress in Projects

Dear Sir,
We had booked a Plot of 200 Sq. Yard at Rs. 2500/.per sq. yard in Vian City, Chaksu, Jaipur (2006). After payment of Rs. 4,80,000 they alloted a Plot in Sec-3 but registry is not done since a long time.
Now the situation is that they are not giving me any Plot or refund. Also nobody is attending phone calls now.
My Plot no. is C-46, Sec. 3, Chaksu, Jaipur.
Kindly help me to get the refund or my plot.

Vian Infrastructure Limited — Beware of Vian Infrastructure Letter
Dear All,Vian has sent letters in Hindi to all it's customers, saying that they are "DOODH KE DHULE" and all have to deposite remaining amount to them.Also they have written that they are going to start registry those have paid 100% amount.
All are requested to beware of Vian infrastructure.
They have done nothing(No development) at site, their clear cut intension is to collect money from the customer and used this this money to release their chairman Surya Thapar from EOW Delhi Police custody.
Again I want to remind you that as soon Surya Thapar comes out they will go absconding, and nobody will be able to locate them.
Therefore my humble request to all of you is , NOT TO PAY A SINGLE RUPEE TO THEM AT PRESENT.
Unite against them.Highlight their fraud as much as you can do thru Media etc.Put maximum efferts to withdraw complete amount.

Also there is no progress in Projects since long time. They are just spending time and giving us only dates after dates for registry and possesssion. But we are not able to believe on them now because its a long time they are promising us to give the plots. Its a fraud company no doubt but we people helpless to get the plots or our refunds.

Vian infrastructure Co. presently having its office at Rangpuri, Delhi has cheated number of people. They launched one project in Haridwar in 2006. I have deposited 3.17 lakhs with them for booking of a plot later converted into booking of flat. But they have no progress of the work at the site. I want to get my money back. Big Fraud
REQUEST TO ALL VIANGANGA INVESTORS, HARIDWAR
As per the promise, the vian infrastructure lmt has failed to develop the land . It has closed down its all the offices and opened a new one at jhandewalan. You ll not find a single responsible officer there and if you ask for the refund[with interest as per their own clause], it ll be evident that in no way you can get your money back. It is also doubtful whether vian is the legal owner of the land. This is not only the case with vianganga project but with all the projects of vian. The company is going to vanish in near future. It is further trapping the customers by convincing to get the plot registered after making full payment. They are simply registering the agriculture land and for this we have not booked the plots. Its director is already in jail. Lot of FIR have been lodged against the company and economic offence wing is also investigating the matter. All the investors should file complaints against the company with EOW of delhi police. This can be done online.
We should also form a forum to fight against this type of fraud. I am in touch with a lawyer of Honble Supreme Court. We can go to the consumer forum and also file a PIL. The contact no of my lawyer is [protected].

I had also invested in the Vian Infrastructure Ltd, Haridwar project in 2006. There had been absolutely no progress in the project till date.I had requested the company many times to refund my amount but they have not responded.I had written to the EOW also in September 2009 but have not received any response from them. I agree that we all should get together and create pressure to get back our invested money.
I had also invested in two projects of vian. One is vian ganga and other is of neemrana. But neither project is in developing state. I also approached the company's office at jhandewalan. I realized that company has no fund and it is not interested in refunding money. In my opinion we should form strength against the company to take cumulative . i am a senior citizen. lured by the juicy ads of vian ganga project i invested more than two lacs money in it more two years back. i got the plot no 175/secIV allotted to me. but very soon i came to know that it was fraud company. it had collected huge amount of money from innocent customers without getting their plan sanctioned by haridwar development authority. thet have even started registering the plots without doing any development work...

Sir i have booked one plot in year 2006 in hariwar project and booked the amount 1.98 Lac . My code is H-3711. i applied for refund understand the situation of the company in year 2009. Company had commited to pay the amount through DD. But no payament was made and Now COMPANY IS DOING FRAUD and office of jhandewalan is aslo closed . please log my complant and try to refund .Regards
