Vian Infrastructure Ltd. Jaipur Project Plot size 200 Sq Yd. Registration Reference No 655 Dated[protected]. Deposited Rs. 138000. Till date neither allotted the land nor refund.
Please assist.

I booked 120 sq yard plot at vian infrastructure neemrana (Rajasthan) in 2006 and has paid around inr 2, 71, 000, but till date i have not got any information from vian side, all their contact numbers are not working and office shut.

I along with other investors applied in consumer court alwar in 2011, but there is still no response.

Request you to kindly help in getting my amount back

I have booked a 120 sq. Mtr. Plot in vian infrastructure limited 's haridwar project 2007 and 100% payment up to aug.2009 according. At that i along with our 14 more staff were informed to proceed registry in next week. But afterly we found company's office sweep off from there without any information to us. Since then i with my 14 more victimised staff are asking with other about company's recent add.& contacts so that we can approach them for our money back.

I Ram Chander Yadav booked a plot of 120 sq yard on dated 2 december 2006 in Neemrana.
I deposited whole of the amount of 3 lacs 50 thousand.But after seeing no development work at the said site i searched their office at connaught place,dlf phase 2 gurgaon,jhandewalan,and rangpuri (mahipalpur) and found all of their offices either abandoned or closed . Their website is also not working and the phone numbers are also either fake or...

We registered for a 120sq. yads plot at Vian City Jaipur. First payment was made on 12.08.2006. The Consumer Code allotted is 1367. The necessary 'Plot Buyer's Agreement ' was also got signed on 12.08.2007 and it contains the allotment of plot no. D-172, Sector VI to us. As per the demand raised we had paid instalments of Rs.2 lacs approx.We stopped payment on hearing some adverse reports in the media about the fraud committed by the company on its customers.In the meantime we asked our relatives over there to check the claims about starting the project. We then went ourselves in December 2009 and checked that they have removed their name Board from their site and not even preliminary works had started. The company keeps changing its location, addresses & it is difficult to trace for any information as well as recovery of our money. Please help. I had booked a plot of 120 sq yard at Vian Infrastructure Limited Haridwar , customer code H 5628.tH FULL PAYMENT OF PLOT IS 3,96,360 FULLY PAID & a flat GH 67 of amount Rs 306100 submitted to Vian Infrastructure Limited, & requested to return money against flat mentioned. But no action has taken till date by Vian Infrastructure Limited .

Dear Sir,
We had booked a Plot of 200 Sq. Yard at Rs. 2500/.per sq. yard in Vian City, Chaksu, Jaipur (2006). After payment of Rs. 4,80,000 they alloted a Plot in Sec-3 but registry is not done since a long time.
Now the situation is that they are not giving me any Plot or refund. Also nobody is attending phone calls now.

My Plot no. is C-46, Sec. 3, Chaksu, Jaipur.
Kindly help me to get the refund or my plot.

Vian infrastructure Co. presently having its office at Rangpuri, Delhi has cheated number of people. They launched one project in Haridwar in 2006. I have deposited 3.17 lakhs with them for booking of a plot later converted into booking of flat. But they have no progress of the work at the site. I want to get my money back. Please advise me some solution.

This is with reference to above subject; I wish to inform you that I had booked one plot of 200 sq yd. at Neemrana, Rajasthan 4/12/2006, but since last 4 years the company is not giving us the possession of the plot. Now we are fed up with their false promises and dontt want the plot. Even after our several visits at their office and site, hundreds of phone calls and reminder they have refused to pay back the money. They are fradulent.

All this has been a mental torture to me and my family who had invested our savings (hard earned money) into the project and are have feel cheated.

REQUEST TO ALL VIANGANGA INVESTORS, HARIDWAR
As per the promise, the vian infrastructure lmt has failed to develop the land . It has closed down its all the offices and opened a new one at jhandewalan. You ll not find a single responsible officer there and if you ask for the refund[with interest as per their own clause], it ll be evident that in no way you can get your money back. It is also doubtful whether vian is the legal owner of the land. This is not only the case with vianganga project but with all the projects of vian. The company is going to vanish in near future. It is further trapping the customers by convincing to get the plot registered after making full payment. They are simply registering the agriculture land and for this we have not booked the plots. Its director is already in jail. Lot of FIR have been lodged against the company and economic offence wing is also investigating the matter. All the investors should file complaints against the company with EOW of delhi police. This can be done online.
We should also form a forum to fight against this type of fraud. I am in touch with a lawyer of Honble Supreme Court. We can go to the consumer forum and also file a PIL. The contact no of my lawyer is [protected].

I booked the two plots of 120 sq. yds at jaipur and thereafter i applied for refund and it is long that i am waiting for the same.

i am a senior citizen. lured by the juicy ads of vian ganga project i invested more than two lacs money in it more two years back. i got the plot no 175/secIV allotted to me. but very soon i came to know that it was fraud company. it had collected huge amount of money from innocent customers without getting their plan sanctioned by haridwar development authority. thet have even started registering the plots without doing any development work...
