[Resolved] Vichare Courier — Horrible Service & Arrogant mannerless employees

An important document was sent in the courier from Dahisar on 4th June 2010 which was a friday & it was to be delivered to Powai.
It was supposed to be delivered by Sat eve maximum. Today it is 7th & yet not delivered. I called up the Powai Vichare enquiring..The main person Mr. Ananta Gadgar was extremely rude & mannerless.They are giving me lame reasons like delivery boy wasn't present. Now its 34:30 & yet the document hasn't reached. If they would have had the courtesy to inform about the delay prehand, someone could have personally picked up the document from the Powai office.
We send documents through Vichare due to the reliability & punctuality of service. Am extremely disappointed with the service & would never advice anyone to use your services.
Horrible service. Would never advice anyone to go for vichare courier service

i went to send document to vichare courier. for mulund west mr.surykant (incharge of sanpada office) he was tailing we stop giving service to mulund west from 4 / 5 days. reason document was pending .then we want to no how can vichare courier can provided service to customer.he dissent take my document.and he was sending me author courier company name.can i no only vichare courier only.

we dissent no you will read my com-plane or take action.
