Courier not received and vichare courier service update thier remark stating that area not found/not service area. A single call was not recieved by courier boy/service team in case area was not found. Worst courier service from Vichare courier company.

My self altamash choudhary i m holding account with icici bank and i have a booked a debit card and the awb number is mh[protected]. Which was suppose to get deliver by 10/01/2020 in afternoon but i haven't got my parcel yet so i would request you to kindly look into the matter and deliver my debit card asap. As we are customer of yours so i hope you ll understand my concern and do the needful.

This is to Notify you that my document MH[protected]. Has not been delivered till today. This document has been dispatched on 14th aug 2018 from PAPER BOX MAHAKALI caves road Andheri East to Tunga Village Saki vihar road (Distance 6 Km) and still lying on sakinaka branch, from last four days. And their Branch head is giving some silly excuses that there is no staff to delivery.


If vachare is shortage of staff then why customer has to survive, today on 18th Aug 2018 we are continuously making follow up with them in sakinaka banch head and still they are giving excuses. that does not having delivery boys,

If vichare is having problems with the Agents why they are making fool to the customers.

My courier package awb no. Mh[protected] booked around noon on 27th feb 2018 for delivery from mumbai to navi mumbai which is about one hour road journey away. It is 3rd march late pm now and package has not turned up as yet!!? I had to call several places and then was told to wait few more days as there are no people!!! Why are you running courier service then and accepting packages? I want prompt delivery and penalty for delay.

I submitted a letter to be sent to a vikhroli (W) address on monday 5 th around 12.30 pm to your vashi office located at sector 17 (Behind shirsagar restaraunt). The letter has not been delivered until 9.30 am today which is almost 3 days after being handed over to vichare courier office. This is ridiculous. I went to your vashi office yesterday evening to tell about the same and they did not respond well. Ref. Mh[protected]

This is anjoo awadhesh maurya the consignee of the documents which was send by shantee housing.
It is my painful duty to inform you that your delivery boy is malign your image in the society which was earn by you in last many years.
On 05/10/2017 your delivery person gave me call and ask me to come and collect the documents which was send by shantee housing from his custody on the ground that he is unable to locate my address though he was very close to my address and at that point of time i was told him that as currently i am not in mumbai therefore i coudn't come and collect the same and suggested him to send the said document in my office by giving him an address of my office by sending the same through sms on his mobile bearing no.[protected] at about 3.30. P. M. But instead delivery the same he falsely submitted his report saying that room found closed which is incorrect information again on 06/10/2017 i received a call from mobile bearing no. [protected] at 10.17 a. M. Asking me to come and collect the said documents from his office by fully knowing that i am not in mumbai and the report generated as person shifted to unknown place which not only a misleading act of your staff but an act of malign your image in a society and beaing such a leading courier company this type of answer is not expected from your side. I once again bring into your notice that at no point of time the consignee was shifted to unknown place nor room was closed at any point of time as your delivery person is claiming and they are giving the wrong information to your company which will hamper the image of company in the society. Therefore your goodself is requested to take care of the same that in future this should not be happened and the said document be delivered to the address which was mentioned on the packet or else on my office address which was sms to your person on his above mentioned mobile number as 202, 2nd floor, shirin tower, shradhanand apartment, next to shivsagar hotel, vileparle (East), mumbai - 400057.

Vichare couriers collect rs 30 for a letter and deliver after 3 days, whereas post office does same work at 5 rs.
The bills and cheques given by my broker at vashi are delivered to me at kharghar only after 3 days. They also do malpractice of altering the date of receipt on the challan to avoid being caught for late delivery. When i talk to belapur office staff to explain this, they ask me to contact vashi office and vashi staff tell me to contact belapur office.
The bills raised by my broker reach me late and i have to pay interest at 18% for late payment. When the cheques reach me late, i loose interest on bank deposits..
Such useless couriers also require some control by govt like what is done to builders.

Today first i talk on this number [protected] i don't know the person name but he is given me all details about my courier status and he also inform me my courier was returned due to address not found (But it is not possible) than he give me another number [protected], and i called up that number she give me the same update regarding my courier after that i called up jogehwari vichare courier branch that i talk with miss priyanka she told me the name of courier boy mr. Tejas nandkumar salvarkar.

The person mr. Tejas nandkumar salvarkar not doing his job properly. Because of that guy i m facing problem so, request you to please resolve this issue as far as possible?

Vichare courier has become vichare post office.Letters are delivered only after 3-4 days &during festivel seasons like Ganapati, diwali, they take 5 -6 days. The delivery boys give excuses such as" beemar ho gaya"" gaav chalaa gaya, " " heavy rain fall, when questioned & ask us to contact their office. If letters are not delivered next day, why pay 30 Rs when the same work done by post office costs you Rs 5.

Many times, my cheques for 2 - 3 lakhs are delivered late by 4-5 days & I have lost bank interest due to delay.

If this continues, M/s Vichare will wind up their business very soon.

Dear sir, Big share from andheri send me document through your good courier under pod no-162131 dt 30/3. Today 2/4 passed still waiting for that. i talk morning at 28123752 at mira road office Madam told person today deliverd to you. at 4.30 i again call this no the madam told our delivery boy deliverd up to 6pm. today positively you got. vichare works like post office-.delivering local docs after 4-5 days collecting 25 Rs. More days taken during festival season. Not bothered about urgency. It may contain cheque for 2 lakhs or interview call letter or visa or medical reports.Such companies should be closed by Govt. I have suffered losses due to theirlate delivery.

The Vichare courier, Today i have received call ( [protected]) from Vichare courier AG services Bhyander, regarding docket to be delivered at my residential Address
I am so frustrated in terms of seeking service from Vichare courier.they are not able to delivered my docket just 1 km away from their office
1> why Vichare courier take responsibility of Delivery of such docket where they are not able to provide services,,,?
2>If the full charges are charged by Vichare courier for Delivery/service then why sud they asked customer to received docket from office address..?
3>i am not staying in slum area my address is (MUNISH CLASSIC-F-702.INDRALOAK PHASE-3,OPP-ORANGE HOSPITAL >BHYANDER EAST.410105 ) then what is the problem to tress the address......?
4>Why Vichare courier appoint such Franchises who are not capable to provide satisfactory services to customer

Avoid Vichare courier. They are cheater. Recently I visited package to deliver they charge 15 Rs and promise that it will be deliver in 1 day. After 3 day package returned to my home with no reason.
I visited branch to find out reason for return they inform me that Vichare stop delivering courier to that area from few days. I ask them if they stop then why my courier was accepted. I ask for the refund but they denied saying it will be from their pocket. I ask them what about my pocket. I have to spent anoth 15 rs to courier this package and you are not refunding back even though its your mistake.
They simply said " they can not give money and ask me to use POD for future courier....

Avoid Vichare ........... I cant make complaint becasue if i try i will spend 50 rs on MTNL call to discuss this matter..............

An important document was sent in the courier from Dahisar on 4th June 2010 which was a friday & it was to be delivered to Powai.
It was supposed to be delivered by Sat eve maximum. Today it is 7th & yet not delivered. I called up the Powai Vichare enquiring..The main person Mr. Ananta Gadgar was extremely rude & mannerless.They are giving me lame reasons like delivery boy wasn't present. Now its 34:30 & yet the document hasn't reached. If they would have had the courtesy to inform about the delay prehand, someone could have personally picked up the document from the Powai office.
We send documents through Vichare due to the reliability & punctuality of service. Am extremely disappointed with the service & would never advice anyone to use your services.

I HAD CALLED THEM AT 9 AM FOR A COURIER SAME DAY PICKUP AND THE LADY SAID IT WILL HAPPEN AT 6 PM . I CHECKED AND SAID IF IT COMES EARLEIR IT WONT BE READY BUT SHE SAID THAT 6 PM IS PICKUP. AT 3 30 PM I OPEN THE DOOR TO SEE THE COURIER MAN STANDING THERE. I SAID JUST GIVE ME A MINUTE ILL PUT IT IN THE ENVELOPE. HE SAID IF ITS NOT READY GO DELIVER TO THE SHOP WHICH IS THEIR PICKUP POINT.
WHATS THE IDEA OF A COURIER HOME PICKUP IF THEY REFUSE TO WAIT FOR 2 SECONDS TO TAKE THE ENVELOPE.
SO I CALLED THEIR BRANCH OFFICE TO COMPLAIN BUT INSTEAD OF CUSTOMER COMES FIRST I GET A RUDE AND HIGHLY UNEDUCATED BRANCH MANAGER SCREAMING ON THE PHONE.
FORGET THIS CO...THEY WILL NEVER LAST BASED ON THEIR ATTITUDE.
ANYBODY CAN MASTER A COURIER SERVICE.
