[Resolved] Vicky Gas Agencies, Tagore Garden — Not attending Telephone | |||
Sir, I am a consumer of Indane Gas distributer Vicky Agencies, Tagore Garden for the last 08 years. I had been facing problems in booking my refill frequently. They are not attending their telephones to book refill. This has become a regular habit. Even after booking the refill will not be delivered for 10-15 days. Earlier, they were giving coupons in cases o[censored]rgency through which the consumer can collect the refill from their godown located at Shivaji Enclave. Even that facility has been discontinued. For the last one week I have been trying their numbers [protected] and [protected] continuously but nobody is picking the telephone. Last time after facing similar problem I booked my refill through www.tomogas.com but the Lady in the counter says their internet is not working. At last I have to personally visit their office to book my refill. This has become a regular feature with this agency. VICKY AGENCIES — GAS REFILLING
Dear Sir, I booked for refilling gas cylinder with Vicky Agencies, Tagore Garden, New Delhi-110027 regarding my consumer number V-6028 on 16th Jan. 2010 and the lady posted there replied me to wait for 4-5 days. I was bound to see them on 23rd Jan. and got response for the same day. but no result. Once again I went them on 25th, the same madam said sorry, you will definitely get it today, but without result. At last moment my wife went to them on 30th Jan. and told them and she told you go and the delivery man will be reached there, before you. But I'm sorry they people don't care for their consumers.I request you to take the necessary action at your end and do the needful.
