I have purchased a monitor of view sonic 19” monitor on 28/9/2007 ref bill nocp13990 on jan2008 monitor had problem I complained to them after 5 day they come. and did the service. .
01/12/2008 complained the service engineer visited ON 9/12/2008 He told some part we dont have it has to come from delhi past 20 days I asked the view sonic toll free no they say within two days the pabulum will be solved every time they give the same answer.(story)
In the big company view sonic is not at all bother about the customer service.
I am suffering without monitor past 20day
