near cheerlapalli , ECL X roads

i am looking to get a BSNL Landline connection at my home

But whenever i approach the nearest BSNL office they say that they dont have any connections for HCL COLONY which is not true cause there are people who have the BSNL connection in my colony.
COuld you please look into this issue and help me get the BSNL landline connection.
