Yes, Vijay Shanthi Builder is pathetic when it comes to customer service.
They dont care about their customers at all.
They are interested in buyers money only nothing else.
Even after 1.5 years of promised date of hand over project is only 80% complete.
They just left the project incomplete and abandoned.
The quality of fittings used are very cheap.
The general workmanship and masonry is also pathetic with very cheap sub-contractors being used.
Potential buyers -do not buy from VSB. VSB is as bad as Jains.

We had also made a booking in Boulevard and have been receiving no communication from Vijay shanthi regarding the compensation for the delay. We regret investing in this project and putting ourselves in this predicament trusting an unethical builder.
In case there are more investors here in Boulevard who are interested in forming a group to take this further with the builder, please let me know. There is strength in number.

Appreciate your response. The solution is to handover the property on time, at least now on. And arrange asap for the 'assured rentals' and compensation for delay. I have been mailing VSB repeatedly regarding this with no avail. Now, please help me on it.
Problem is not only money, I have lost my piece and sleep after investing hard earned money.

You will get no answers, this is the worst any company can operate, check this work and quality, i am waiting for years and paying money and my loan dues, the answer i get is no supervisor no manager, why are you running a team???

I had bought a house through Vijay Shanthi builders i.e Flat 7 D, Tower 7 LOTUS POND. The promotional offer was given by MS Ranjani of VSBL at chennai Trade Centre on 28/07/2014 in a property fair. The very next day i visited the site and paid an advance amount of Rs 50, 000 towards the flat for the said amount and since the Sq ft rate was fixed by her for Rs 3000/- X 1141 Sq ft and other charges including regn., car parking, legal MES, STP and Maintenance for 2 yrs, corpus fund, access card to a total amount for Rs 39, 34, 576/- . Surprisingly they MS R. JEYASHREE of VSBL tampered my booking form to read Rs 3000+210 per sq ft and increased the total amount by Rs 73, 829/- . They served the detailed bill only after collecting Rs 12, 33, 983/- from me and now not giving an option for me to bail out from the deal.
In the event of such massive increase in the amount (Rs 73, 829) they had not taken my concurrence if i am interested or not to accept the change and now forcing me to pay the same to acquire the flat.
My sincere advice to all is, when signing the booking form pls write the sq. ft amount and round it off and write in words as well and leave no space for them to tamper. Also pls pls take a copy of the same form duly signed by them as well.
Dont take things granted and have trust on them. Just as the fore going statements from many, they do not live up the standard of taking care of customers.
BE CAREFUL WITH ANY DEALING WITH VIJAYSHANTHI BUILDERS. DONT GET CHEATED.

I have to provide them time to correct from the mistake they had done before I proceed any further in the said matter. I am giving them the necessary time to correct the mistakes before I take up to the consumer court which is about 15-20 days time. I shall be reverting back to you at the efflux of time. There could be mistake on their office staff who might have done the same as there were two personnel involved in this matter one Ms Ranjani and another Ms Jeyashree. So I am sending a memorandum to them giving them 15 days time to correct their mistakes picking up the erring officials in their office who altered the sq ft rate on signed sheets which otherwise I am left with no option to account them for various offences through consumer court.

Vijay Shanthi Builder promised to handover on March 2015, after 3 times delay from December 2013 to March 2015. But with the current progress it will not complete even in 2 years.
Below are the status for the past one year
Block 7: Plastering in progress for one year
Block 8: Not even plastering started
Block 9: Floor raising completed till 7th floor
Block 10: Floor raising completed till 6th Floor
Block 11: Not even plastering started
*** With all the above information don't think the work is in progress, these are the same status for more than a year and no big progress has happened. ***
Overall, not even 50% of completed and not sure what magic they will do to deliver in March.
