Sir,
I am a plot owner of plot no 97 in above project purchased a plot from developer which is credai president and his project is registered in rera . I want to register a case against him under 420 as president of credai he is doing fraud to innocent people by selling plots under mhada reservation without releasing from mhada. All the amount in favour of above plot is collected from me and many plot owners and refused to release from mhada and stopped the development work of above project from last 2 years by commiting false promises.
It is requested to u pls take against him as soon as possible.

Please help CREDAI disburse the loan of 3000 without my permission again & again. After 7 days he said to repay 5000 otherwise i will call on your contact list. Also using abusive language on calls

THIS IS REGARDING THE PAYMNET IN MY YES BANK CREDIT CARD DONE OF 14TH JULY THROUGH CRED APP.

The amount was not credited in my yes bank card neither it got refunded to my account.

I am following up with cred team through mail as they don't have any customer support, in starting i was getting standard reply that they are working on that but now they have stop replying also.

in app it shows the amount is refunded due to failed transaction, its been three days i haven't received the payment, i have created instant refund account also for the same, rs 1 was credited 2 days back in my account since then i m writing mails to them but they are not replying.

Yes bank people calling non stop for payment and they charged around 7000 int. and late payment charges since then. I am so fedup now.

I need immediate solution and damages done due to cred failure.

I ordered for wardrobe organizer storage boxes buy 6 get 6. But I got six covers of cheap quality. It was sold by trendnetic creations. Please refund my amount of 1000 and please mention how to return the delivered useless covers.

I am using CRED APP with registered mobile no. [protected].On 14.05.2022, amount of INR 2440.00 was debited twice for Electricity bill payment, out of which one payment was successful and another one failed.
However, I had not received refund for the failed transaction till date.It is requested to refund me the amount

I had ordered a jio dongle worth rupees 1870 from add me cart but when I opened the box I had received a very defective and old product please I want my money back

The amount which I have taken is repaid already.
But in their online application it is still showing Not paid and they are adding more Interest every single day.

I have raised a complaint through their application, but no response.

I have used the faclity of cred cash from Cred.
I have paid all the emi on time manually.
Still Cred had tried to deduct the money from my account and deducted it and in result as my account doesn't have enough money to honour the deduction, bank charges the ACH charge. However before there deduction i have paid EMI money in advance.
Still they have deducted money.

This is regarding ready-to-occupy 3bhk home in pbel city, matira tower, kelambakkam. We made the complete payment of the house on oct 24th and the builder had promised to fix all the observations inside the house and handing over to us within 10 days. There are major observations like drainage cleaning in bathroom, water leakage in few places, paint touch-up in few places, tile guttering and few patch works...

Dear sir, have booked a 2bhk flat in soft launch of sare homes sec 92, manesar, gurgaon, haryana, india (Crescent parc) one of the project in 7 april 2014 with an amount of 8 lacs (Against eoi). I have put my case to sare for withdraw my amount due to below reasons;. The project was supposed to be launched in oct.-14, but it got delayed by delayed more than 1.5 year. At the time of booking it was a 2bhk (Size around ~ 1100 sq. Ft. @ 5499/sq. Ft.), but suddenly the size has been changed to 1250 sq. Ft. And converted into 3 bhk, which is not in budget. I have done so many follow ups in the sare gurgaon sector 92 sites and their head office udyog vihar, duet house but till date no positive response from their side. I am a hard earner of the money and collected the amount by years of savings, also i booked this project because of credai registered and i have full faith in it. Kindly help me to get my hard earned money (Inr 8 lacs) back with the interest.

RCL homes (associated with CREDAI) has been conducting fraud since last 1.5 years at least. In spite of swindling peoples money and not returning them, they have been very easily been taking part in various MCHI-CREDAI exhibitions and trying to fool more people by taking their money. I met them in a few MCHI-CREDAI exhibitions myself about 2.5-3 years ago and I felt them to be trust worthy because they were associated with CREDAI and taking part in their exhibition. They were showcasing a scheme by which I invest 7 lakh for 14 months, they grant me ownership of an upcoming small room in their Ten Square property in Karjat as a surety and they pay me 2% interest for 14 months after which they would return the principal of 7 lakh rupees back. I visited the property and checked and then invested in April 2012. We signed a MoU containing all the terms. They gave 14 post dated cheques of 14000 rs - one for each month. Only the first 2 cheques were honoured. All the other cheques bounced because of insufficient funds from their side. In MoU they mentioned that a studio apartment at Ten Square project in Karjat is in my name in case they default. After the MoU the various builder of Ten Square split and the project plan and all other details have also been modified and no one ever bothered to inform me. The supposed apartment that is mentioned in the MoU was supposed to be ready 1 year ago. But there is no work happening in that area since more than a year and the apartment may not get ready ever as well. So now there is nothing that can be done of that apartment as well. They have been postponing giving even the 14000 rs per month since that time. I ahve made at least 300+ calls to various people in RCL, I have personally visited at least 20 times and met various people. I have been interacting with Vaishali and Meenal from RCL since last November and they have been giving false promises of giving the money in 2-3 months time since then. I am sure more people like me have been a victim of such fraud from RCL and others. Finally, RCL today confirmed that they are not going to give me money back and hence I am going to do all that is legally necessary to get my hard earned money and the agreed interest back. CREDAI are allowing fraudsters to use their name and take part in their exhibitions.
