Sir , I am a customer of VIKRAM GAS AGENCY (WEST KIDWAI NAGAR) CUSTOMER NO- V4452 , We have facing lots of problem in booking gas through phone. Staff of agency not pick up phone and its very difficult to go their to book gas. My consumer no is V17842, have been trying to call them for past 15 days, but vikram gas agency is not responding to my calls and the staff is not customer friendly at all.This complaint may kindly be taken very seriously.

Vikram Gas agency — Gas Leak
Ref No : Consumer No. 35219.. The Cylinder is leaking since Morning. I have tried to contact my agency several times but in vain. The numbers provided in the Gas Book and this is serios casula attitude on the agency part. It might lead to any serious incident. The agency is Vikram Enterprise and the location is Kidwai Nagar.Their Ph No's (Good for Nothing) :[protected],[protected],[protected]
