[Resolved]  Vinayak Cars Pvt. Ltd — Skoda Rapid Car AC Not Working

Hi

I have purchased my car from Vinayak Skoda on 24th of Oct 2012. That day itself AC was not working. I told to the sales person regarding the issue. He inform me that tomorrow (i.e on 25th of Oct 2012), he will be sending some person to collect the car for checking the AC cooling problem. On 25th of 2012 person came to my house collected the car and went for service station. After some time he came back with car and told me that Cooling gas was not there and service guy has re- fielded the same. I thought it’s ok.

But after 1 month again problem started, and since then it has not been resolved. I complaint three- four times to the service centre (Vinayak Service centre) but the problem is still there. Each time they took my car for 7-15 days and they returned saying the problem has been resolved. But it is still there.
Please help me to resolve the problem. They are not responding properly.
