I am filing this complaint against Akoya Skoda for severe deficiency in service, negligence, and complete lack of communication. After giving my car for service on 4th Feb 2026 and again visiting the service center on 6th March 2026, multiple issues with my vehicle remain unresolved. I had bought the Skoda Kushaq 1.0 ambition on sept 2023 since than I had driven it 16500 km . But suddenly on dated 1st Dec-2024 my car stopped moving forward in between running road.

Faced issue with clutch. Suddenly vehicle stopped in a isolated place when I was traveling with my family. I had to get towed my Kushaq and now have been informed that the clutch has burnt.
