I booked a Skoda Slavia Sportline 1.0 on 10th May 2025 from Brite Skoda, Noida. At the time of booking, I was assured by the dealership that the car would be delivered between 4 to 6 weeks. Based on this commitment, I proceeded to:
• Sanction a car loan through a bank
• Purchase a VIP registration number from Noida RTO

Despite several follow-ups via email and phone with both Skoda India (Complaint No. MED[protected] and Brite Skoda, I have received no proper update even as the 6th week has already started.

The delay has not only caused financial pressure but now also risks cancellation of my sanctioned loan due to non-disbursement within the stipulated time. Additionally, the registration number purchased may expire if the car is not delivered soon.

Skoda and its dealer have shown extremely poor communication, failed to meet promised timelines, and have left me in a highly inconvenient and stressful situation with no confirmed delivery date.

This is unacceptable from a reputed automotive brand. I request immediate action and intervention to resolve this issue and ensure vehicle delivery at the earliest.

Our vehicle AP37 AV 5517 Skoda Octavia had a breakdown on April 27th, 2024 evening due to water pump problem. We have contacted Mr Raju number of times but got no reply from him. +[protected]. And on 28th April Sunday also we have contacted him but got no response from him. The same day we have sent a message through Whatsapp (The screenshot of which is attached here below). Due to lack of proper guidance and in time help from you, we had to resort to a private garage where we had to face a lot of difficulties. We regret buying this car which has no showroom or service center at Rajahmundry. This amounts to the deficiency of service from your side. If this is how they respond then there is no point in being their customer.

Sir, it has been a very bad service experience because despite the car being in the garage for a very long time, the car was found incomplete and there were a lot of scratches in the car. I have booked a Kushaq elegance variant a month ago and was promised delivery by today
I.e on Feb 27, 2024 .
I have paid full amount along with my bank loan which was approved almost 5 days ago.
Inspite of full payment, today when I approached the showroom ( Mahavir motors - Somajiguda) the staff tries to deliver me Kushaq- Deep black color with no specifications ( elegance specifications) .
