[Resolved] Vinayaka Mission University Distance Education — University Examination

Dear Sir,

I sought admission to VMRF in May 2005 for MSc ( Microbiology) through an authorised study center in Bangalore , Karnataka. I paid all the requisite fee for both the years in advance.

Till September 2008, I was not been permitted to appear for the exams (Both 1st and 2nd year)

I threatened to complain to the higher education authorities after which , the Controller of Examination, one Dr. Murugeshan permitted mr to take up the examination in October 2008. However, to my dismay, I learn from the examination authorities that, my examination answer sheets are missing.

I have repeatedly requested the University officials to permit me to take up the exams again in their presence but have not received a favourable reply till date.

I have lost many good employment opportunities because of this blunder. I do not want to blame anybody. Maybe it is mistake but after having paid the fees , I suppose I should be given the benefit of doubt.

I hope that Good Sense would prevail upon these authorities at the University and I would be permitted to take up the examination.

I was completed my degree in BE (Civil) in your University through DDE in 2005.

I was passed all semester exams, but till date the original degree certificates are not received till date.

I was applied application for seeking original dully filled in all manner and Demand Draft for Rs 1025/- bearing No 379398 dt 23 Jun 2011 the same has been handed over to your university on 24 Jun 2011 alongwith all mark sheets. The same has been receipted vide your University receipt No 27138 dt 24 Jul 2011.

But till date the original degree certificates not received.

I have lost my next promotion in the Army being an Officer because of this blunder. I do not want to blame anybody. Maybe it is mistake but after having paid the fees.

I hope that Good Sense would prevail upon these authorities at the University and I would be permitted to forward my original degree certificates at the earliest please.

with the reference of your E-mail From VMU on date Date: Wednesday, 12 October, 2011, 10:55 AM i send the fee receipt and NOC from the study centre but, now till date i can not recive marksheet .it is further for your information that i enroll with Vinyaka mission Distance university under Reg No[protected], under MSC(IT)L, Session-Jun-09, stydy center name -Asian Computer Tech, Institute of IT &Management HP-02. My result out and my result is pass. But till date i can not recive my original marksheet from stydy center /university, i paid all my dues, i contact with university and study center also send email to university contact but i can not recive any response, this time is very curshal to my life. I need my original marksheet, pls, sir, look this matter personally and help me i request to send my marksheet on my address as soon as possible if there is any discripancy pls inform me
