Dear All,
I am a Ex-Employ of Vindia IT Services Pvt Ltd Jabalpur . I resigned my job Dated 21, July 2008.
I did not recieve my relieved Latter and my PF amount not paid to me.

good feed back from you. i am appreciating you to do this. it is helpful to the newcomers who are interest to join in vindia. i think the employees who are working now are scaring that bloody agreement(must at the time of joining ) rules. i too faced a lot of problems in the company. finally i relieved from that hell.
This is the worst company anybody can think of. This company exploits employees. I do not know why people do not file case against this company. The company founders here want to exploit up to every extent to their employees and who would believe that this company deducts from your fixed salary component every month. . We had to go to labour office and police station to file a complaint. I feel pity about the employees still working there. they treat employees as low cost 12-14 hrs working labourers. A few word to the people who ever come at time to think to join, it would ruin your life. Its a full baniya company. The founders want to increase their money deducting hard working employees money.
i'll agree with you. not only you, most of ex-employees of vindia are didn't get proper documents and money.
i pity about the employees who are working for (less than) 10, 000 salary from the last two years.

We know each other very well, as much as I know you were found absconding, you resigned and did not follow the termination date. Even you did not respect the help and training they have given you.
I have recently left vindia and got every document with their full cooperation.

I must say that this is simply a wrong way. Many other members in my circle are satisfied and they never blamed the company with all these False issues.

If any one wants to ruin his or her future, then they are most welcome in this company, but in reality this is the most sucking company i have ever came across. Lets get all these in points
1) They treat all the employees as their 24/7 slaves.with no personal lives.
2) The management is such a bunch of [censored]s all from the same family persons, close relatives, their only work is to sit together and gossiping.
3) They never appreciate anybody who is doing extra ordinary work. That is the reason they are not able to spot the talented guys.
4)They always complain about the unprofessional attitude shown by the employees but the truth is that the management themselves are not professional, they come late in the office and many such tantrums.
5) The most important point is that they dont pay salary in time. They say to adjust the salary in parts such as fifty percent in current month and next the other month.

Well, the list will never end if all the points are summed up at this forum.
Yo i am too against this company compnay placed in the city of jabalpur and nagpur.Actually this is not a company but a family business of few and lossers, specially a blodd named shivangi .
Hello...This company didn't need any particular introduction. They are popular all over. I have never seen a Company then this. They are not supposed to call as the employers in fact they are the biggest suckers. Even the most fraud person in the world will surrender in front of them. So, this is the Introduction of VINDIA IT Services. Actually it should be Called as F-India means "Firzee India" Non-It Services.
They likes to play with employee's career in general. They don't want their employers to grow and to live happily.
They didnb want any outsider inside the management and only Pandey Ji's and dharampuriya ji's are involved with two nipple suckers named shashank and meenal. If the outsider will come then their picture will be open and that they didnt want. They not provides salary slip, experience letter and other docs immediately to the people and when you will ask for it you will only get dates. I dont think this we should call as a professional company. Also, beware if you are using FINDIA's experince then when your new employer will cross check your submit details with FINDIA then they will deny by saying that He/She was not our employer and they have prepared all necessary docs such as Exp letter and all fake. BEWARE from this SUCKER COMPANY...

I indeed agree to most of the comments mentioned above. I worked or V India in Nagpur for little over 8 months and almost everyone along with me were never got their salary on time, except twice. We thought our case was bad; however, we came to know that some people in Jabalpur did not get their salaries for 3 months at a stretch. Employees over here have no growth prospects. Dharampuria and their extended family exclusively hold all the positions at senior and managerial level. Although I would agree, “V India” does give even failure students a chance to work in their company. However, a lot of their policies are created so that they can exercise total control over their employees.
Shivangi Pande's operations and management style are authoritative and draconian in nature. Most employees are always threatened that they will be fired any day. She seems to derive some personal joy and satisfaction by continuously deducting from the employee's salaries, which are anyways peanuts. A person hired at 6000Rs. gets 4, 200 in hand out of which Rs.100, 300, 500 are deducted anytime for being late by 1 to 5 minutes. Those who wish to leave are also not let go in peace. They have to struggle to get their PF and the retention amounts. (The 'Retention' is an extra Illegal deduction from employee’s salary which is promised to be given at the end of the year, they can lose it if they do not serve the notice period decided by the company.
I have witnessed a case where an employee resigned and his resignation was accepted 2 weeks later. He was told that since it is this later date that the resignation was accepted, he would have to serve 45 days’ notice period from the date of their acceptance. Furthermore, the 45 days would be 45 working days and would not include any holidays like Sundays. This obviously meant that any person getting a better offer would not get to join there in time.
Brijandra Dharampuria runs the place with his dictatorship where he has occasionally shouted at an employee in the full visibility of the whole office, thereby demeaning them and disrespecting them.
The same practice is followed by Swati, who also treats her team members in the same fashion. Shouting, disrespecting their education and skills, and treating them as bonded labor. A senior person (50+ in age) had to repeatedly beg and send email remainders to get his 3 months of pending salary.
Those who are relived also do not get their reliving-letter on time. Moreover, when they do get it, that letter has laughable, pathetic mistakes in grammar and basic sentence creation.
It is NO surprise that the strength of the company has reduced from 70 to just seven people (both Nagpur Jabalpur offices combined) in the last 3-4 years.
This was the prime reasons why me and so many of my friends simply LEFT the company without resignations or bothering about our little PF or Retention money as well. However, we all are still thankful for our time there as we learnt WHAT NOT TO DO, and HOW NOT TO BEHAVE.
For those considering an employment here, please go through carefully, may be they have changed, but be careful. That’s my advice.
