I have been looking for purchase of an apartment in chennai vadapalai area. i have seen some flats developed by vadapalani based vinodh foundations. The builder john nixon of vinodh foundation had given me good impression about his quality contruction and peacefulness of his flat buyers. Beliving that i had also paid a token advance and taken the documents for scrutiny. On verification with his other projects flat buyers, it is shocking to find that his quality is very poor and with lot of deviations. Because of his false promises to each buyer at the time of booking there were many problems faced by the buyers after purchasing the flat from him. When I asked for return of token advance, he refused to give back. Let new buyers beware of such unethical builders like vinodh foundations at vadapalani.
