VINODH FOUNDATION AT VADAPALNI IS NOT A REPUTED BUILDER. HE HAD CONTACTED FOR PURCHASE OF MY PROPERTY AND SPOKEN NICELY AT INITIAL STAGE AND PROMISED TO PAY FULL AMOUNT IN 30 DAYS AND PAID TOKEN ADVANCE. EVEN AFTER 3 MONTHS HE COULD NOT PAY AND THREATENED ME FROM SELLING TO OTHERS AND ALSO SPOILED THE NEW BUYERS. LATER HE CONVERTED THE SALE INTO JOINT VENTURE AND AGAIN PROMISED TO PAY ON BOOKING OF THE FLATS. BUT NONE OF THE BUYERS BOOKED...
