I booked one villa baed on some condition i.,e for Kitchen modificatio.But they said it is not possible after 4 months.So i cancelled hte property .Please find the details
The Cancellation of A10 villa was not taken from my own decision , it's because of your
modification committment agreed on the inauguration day (i.e, Since A10 villa is East facing house ,the
Kitchen room plan(East-North) was not followed as per vasthu complaints i.e, it should be in East-South.
Requested to interchange both the Car parking and kitchen as per the Vasthu complaints i.e, Need to
modify similar to A9 villa plan.Agreed upon from VIP side).As kirubakaran said that modification committment
was not possible, So i cancelled the property i.e, A10 Villa and also agreed upon by CRM - Gayathiri & Santhosh for full refund.
After few days , they(SriKumar,CRM - Gayathiri,Santhosh) asked me to collect the part payment i.e, with
the 10% deduction and they(SriKumar,CRM - Gayathiri,Santhosh) said like, they will refund the remaining amount in couple of weeks.I tried to reach them(SriKumar,CRM - Gayathiri,Santhosh) and also requested them to get the appointment with you . But None of them are interested to attend my call and laso response for the appointment.Spoke to kirubakaran on this,he said that he will discuss and get back to me.No reponse from his side also.
Mistake was not happened from my side.Mistake is from VIP side but i paid my money for that.
I was totally frustrated with the VIP.
Please someone from VIP should look into this because no body is picking my call.
