Hi,
Through an influence of a foolish person. We booked an advance of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- in 2018. We received site no. From Vip properties. There was a pole passing in the site we saw. Vip properties promised to remove the pole and asked us not to pay any payment. The pole was not removed or settlement was done. We went to hsr office and sarjapura office many times. Only properties name is vip. They treat us bad when we search of them. They have changed the office. No one was there in the vip properties as well. People who worked there left their jobs. We are been cheated with 1 lakh rs. The site was not given or the money was refund. Such a fraud property company.

Buy a residential plot from the VIP housing and properties
I am happy with my decision to buy a residential plot from the VIP housing and properties ROYAL MERIDIEN project. The property is located in a really good location and is well developed. I am really happy with the service and support provided by the team.

I have booked a flat in silicon shelter coimbatore project on january 2014 having as per the agreement the flat was to be given from 36 months of foundation

Dear sir / madam this sathienthira from chennain who made a contract withjust dial company dated 05.02.2014 contact number 153898
As request of your just dial company team member & promort sir i have signed the agreement with you and gave two cheques one is the amount 2000 cheque number “000001”[protected] bank karur vysya bank thambaram branch account number [protected] and another for ec payment cheque number “000002”[protected].
Unfortunately due my personal issues i had to have take money from bank so before i took the money i informed to as well as promort sir via phone txt message as well as phone call (Still i have the evidence and saved those messages) and told them don’t put cheque until i will tell.
After couple of days later bank deducted amount 674.14 rupees from my account since cheque bounce after this incident i gave call to riya madam as well as promot sir and ask they told that they put cheque before i informed i said its ok no problem that already happened now please stop my ec even i asked several time more than 20 times via phone still they not stop my ec
I went and talk with my kvb bank and please refund my amount they clearly told that we are not responsible please ask your just dial to bear the amount which they put several times to bank the same cheque even though they no very well money is not enough inmy acc
So now my kind request is plz ask them to refund 50, 000 as a compensation

I both lands from VIP Properties in near to Tindivanam and near to madurantakam, Lay out names are Highway city and VKS Garden cost sqr feet of the grounds are Rs.250 and Rs.175. Poor response from customer and no respect from VIP staffs

First of all I would like to tell about VIP housing and properties .I have seen many complaints against many directors , executives with complaints like refund against cancellation was not on time , executives disturb calling over phone , but here no one knows how hard work s put by executives and BDOs..Chairman of the VIP Mr Dhanapal is really down to earth and genuine.He has come up with hard work , sincerity and confidence. None can raise complaints against him. But there are some 30 directors who s working for VIP housing and properties. Chairman does not know what customer and executive face to get their work done,because chairman blindly trusts all his staffs and director's. All work for money and all are in a race to get settleled including the readers reading this. Their motto is to sell land and get paid.VIP has good quality of land with good maintainence.
I am Here to complaint about two Staffs MASHESWARI IN 1ST FLOOR COUNTER A FAIR LADY, AND MAHESHWARI IN 2ND FLOOR COUNTER BLACK LADY.these two lady thinks as if they come from heaven. They dont have basic manners of how to treat a customer or executive. Executives work hard like donkeys where in all credits goes to director. I don't say there is no recognization for executive , there is recognization only during the executive meeting where chairman is present. All act good before him but they behave so hard and Misbehave when head is not there.
When we go to get our wages for the hardwork we put we are treated like dogs. The black lady MAHESHWARI yells at us and gives a cheap look to give the wages. she cares none since the main director KISHORE is in her pocket , she never ask people to sit , she speaks rude. No proper timing for her, the below counter lady looks like descent but she behaves cheap.Doesnt know manners, she smiles when collecting money ,the same way there should be respect while refunding against cancellation.Customer needs to understand here..VIP Has many formalities to refund an amount.But they need to understand that we executives hould give reason for cancellation and than get approval from BDOs , directors ...so it would take few days time. what customer do is they come site visit , they look at land and they have their lunch and they get down at their home and they will say they shall inform us thru phone since the decision making head is not at home.A kind request to customer i[censored] have a decision making guy please do not come to site visit without them, because each site Vist has the expense around 2000 to 3000 which is shelled out from directors pocket. Customer just come like tour and when called back they say we are disturbing. some book plots and pay advance but half way they get deviated and goes for cancellation. VIP takes 2 k as cancellation charge.Customer need to understand this is clear business. When the plot is booked it is blocked for the customer and when cancelled it is a loss of business for vip, all including irctc , make my trip all has such process..it means all should run a business for loss.

I booked one villa baed on some condition i.,e for Kitchen modificatio.But they said it is not possible after 4 months.So i cancelled hte property .Please find the details

modification committment agreed on the inauguration day (i.e, Since A10 villa is East facing house ,the
Kitchen room plan(East-North)...

Cheating marketing executives

Be aware of VIP housing and properties - marketing executives. To book a home they will tell so many things, but never accept their wordings. Be everything be written and signed. They will tell you can give advance and book now, if not satisfied amount will be returned in a week time with no charges. But everything full of cheating people, they will take more than 6 months to return your money if you cancel and will take 10% charges.
That too you need to call them atleast 4-5 times in a day. Need to beg them to get your money back. I suffered, hence sharing my experience.
Never ever believe marketing executives words of building developers. Have written documents no words.

About this complaint “delay of the project and way of them handling customers”
We have bought a flat in Vandalur from VIP Housing Chennai (http://www.viphousing.in/),
Actually VIP Housing started project on April’10 and they promised us to give the possession by May'11 but until no response, it’s already delayed more than 8 month and they never contact the any customers even one time, The VIP Housing GM and other higher Officials also fail to respond regarding the delay in Flat and respect the customers.
VIP housing said the meeting will be conducted for finalizing the paint and choosing tiles and any changes in FLAT, but no meeting has been conducted till now and they have taken their decision and bought the tiles and paint the work.
I have started paying the EMI for the past 7 months.
It is my blunder mistake that I have invested with this builder.VIP Housing cheating the Customer.
Hence please do not invest such kind of Builders.
They will promise and show Fancy that they will do everything but nothing will be done in the final.
Hence please enquire before purchasing the land or Flat with VIP Housing. Since they are buying the Flat and land in cheap and selling it in a Big Margin.
Please be aware of such kind of Builders like this and also check whether it is approved by DTCP or CMDA.

Dear Customer,
Please do not buy any FLAT or LAND with VIP Housing.
Their Handling the Customers very bad.
Initilally they will force us to buy and tell they will take care.
But once the Payment made they never turn back.

I agree with above user. We paid 3000 rs to block a flat in DEWY TERRACE chennai. The representative told that this amount will be refunded if we cancel the booking. But when we decided not to buy it and asked for money, they plainly told that as per company's procedure they won't refund it.
