bought mob on 7th dec2008, gets activated on 9th dec, barred calls on 13th dec still no response from network n(useless network) . even i ve made complaint abt tis, the cmolt no is VCF07036083.IF THE BARR THE CALLS THE CUSTMR SHOULD ABLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE, EVEN TAT FACILITY IS NT TER IN THIS WASTE USELESS NETWORK.
after calling to servel times erm othr nos but no response...

virgin mobiles — Outgoing Calls Barred
I bought a prepaid connection from virgin on 6th April and deposited my PAN card and Driving License as the ID Proof (having my permanent Address) but on 12th of April they just barred my calls giving reason that you havn't provided your address proof on asking they told that this is mentioned in Terms and conditions that you need to provide your Present Address Proof for that, and after going through their Terms and Conditions I found that there is no such Clause and when again I asked them to launch a complaint for this they mentioned we are going to lauch a complaint for this reason and they are not even telling under which clause this is mentioned that for prepaid number we require to provide them our present address proof their retailer told me that PAN card and Driving License are enough as the ID proof.virgin mobiles — ECS WITHDRAWAL

Virgin mobile service — Connection deactivation without any valid reason
Last month, I purchsed a new virgin mobile with the connection through online. After one week they disconnected the mobile citing the reason "documents not submitted". As per their policy, they are supposed to send their person to pick up the documents from customers place for online transactions. No body came to my place to pick up the documents and while I am approaching any retailer to submit the documents, they are not accepting citing the reason that you have purchased through online. It's very ridiculous. They have blocked the service even I am not able to make toll free customer care numbers. I have called several times from my other mobile to restore the service and send some one to collect the documents. Nothing changed even after several complains.I am very unhappy with their service. I am supposed to receive some free gifts along with the mobile but even after 2 months is over I did not get any communication to that effect.Their service is not very user friendly, after making a call user should be knowing how much deducted from your account. But they do not have such facility. It's very difficult to track your account balance, they do not have the facility to get the account balance by dialing any number.
My experience with Virgin is very bad. I do not recomend anybody to fall trap in such colorful advertisements.
