Anyhow, Since you have seen my post there is no need to keeping this so I raised the request to this site Admin to deleting the comments.. It will done by 24 hours..

this is stupid company...the call for interview and make fun with candidates. they are not even know how to conduct the interview.. i was very disappointment with this company.

What are you saying.. I kindly request you to go and check with employees.. They itself telling the same..They don't even know, what is happening another side..when i am reaching office sharp at 9.30, no one is there to notice but when am leaving at sharp at 6.30, everybody looking at me like alien.. why this kind of culture happened.. And one thing do you know what is the work of APM, jut notice 'checking Facebook and its database, replaying emails, attending the calls, chatting with other APM's, roaming on the floor, outing'. I am not complaining mam but i really understand now what is the role of APM ..I have the full guts to say this.. Actually I thought of messaging your MD but finally i left..I think he knows...They are treating like a school student. Everybody notifying and targeting.. Just try to get a glance with other companies and their standard and professionalism please..14 years agility is not a matter but during the years how the way the standard like that is the matter . Anyhow since its 14 years i am saying all this..
