[Resolved]  Vishwambhara Enterprises — gas booking

Dear Sir,
I get cooking gas from Indane through Vishwambara Enterprises ,Assaye road ,Bangalore.The service however is poor and erratic.They staff even refuse to book cylinders only to divert them to the black market at double rates.What is even more disturbing is the fact that the employees behave rudely and have no courtesy at all.
The phone lines too are busy most of the time or off the hook.
The agency is acting irresponsibly and is acting in connivance with the local businesses.Please help.

The above is really true. The related department should take action. The person who is delivering to our home is not a employee of this agency and the behaviour is very rude. This issue should be prioritised.

Even i'm waiting for our gas cylinder from last 20 days and this happens every month.. either it will be cancelled or i have to go and pick up the cylinder..
I paid the bill online .But the company is giving cash memo.They we're demanding to pay. I have sent them back to get proper bill.but 2 days over no response. I am trying to contact no one is picking the phone.
No one picks the call, even after we get a message that the bill is made it gets cancelled & you need to rebook. all very irresponsible.
Very pathetic. I have complained mANY TIMEs but no action has been taken. Never seen such kind of worst service and ### who do not care for the customer
Am facing a similar problem. But as always the gas delivery agents are very rude.
Hi,
I am unable to receive a gas refill for order placed on 24.04.2020. The delivery person came on 26.04.20 and upon inspection, I refused to accept the refill as the seal was not tight. On request for another cylinder, he called another delivery person and they refused to help me saying 'come to the office and get your refill.' On calling the office on 27.04.2020 the office person Latha promised to send the refill same day. Office #s are not rechable and staff dont take responsibiity to help. Promised to help me without taking my order # or consumer #, so is this just a dummy office. Where is the complaint #s it should be printed on the bill or on website. Pls help
