Booked the Indane gas online via Amazon but Vishwambhara Enterprises refuses to deliver the gas cylinder.

Spoke to the Manager who says they dont accept booking made via Amazon. He insist I need to book through an IVR.

Booked a gas on 19 jul 19. Booking no was-893549. Supposed to be delivered by 27 jul. Till 31 jul no delivery received although the agency is hardly 200 mtrs from my place. On enquiry nobody attends the phone call. Later on 2 aug from online enquiry came to know that the gas has been delivered even the agency has produced a cash memo also.

Dont know to whom (Ghost receiver) my gas is delivered. Now i m buying food from outside for last 3 days.

Agency please address the issue, i will escalate the issue everywhere. To police also & ministry of oil.

Someone also has made a fake online account on my id so that i cant register on that.

Gas cylinder not getting delivered on time this is their routine from past 8 months each time we need to borrow from neighbours & other source for the need & the phone number when called is always busy or appears invalid. This supplier of gas is Indane near Ulsoor firm name is Vishwambhara Enterprises they are not serving people they are troubling man people in the same way

Dear Sir,
I get cooking gas from Indane through Vishwambara Enterprises ,Assaye road ,Bangalore.The service however is poor and erratic.They staff even refuse to book cylinders only to divert them to the black market at double rates.What is even more disturbing is the fact that the employees behave rudely and have no courtesy at all.
The phone lines too are busy most of the time or off the hook.
