[Resolved]  Vishwanath Gas Agency — non delivery of refill

My consumer no is 21273. I have booked refill through centralised booking and on 12th march 2012 i received SMS stating that "your refill is delivered on[protected]". when i enquired in agency about not delivering the refill though message has came. They reply rudely and say that never beleive SMS. I have to wait for further 5 day they say. This is happenning to me from past 4 to 5 months. These agency people sell the refill for higher amount and they adjust when we make galata. This will happen in a continuos way. Agian this will repeat for another consumer. Then wat for the system is made? Last month we have received refill after 45 days due to lorry strike.. This month also they are delaying. Please look in to the matter and adise the agency for thier fraud things.
