[Resolved]  VLCC — Cheating case against VLCC

This is the complaint against Ms. Charanjit Kaur (Patiala) VLCC center head. I visited your office in Leela Bhawan regarding the beauty course, she told me that it will cost me 17100 and course duration will be 2 months. She also told that I can make the payment in installments.
She called me after every alternate day to get the registration done by paying Rs.10000 because the fee structure is going increase from 16th Feb 2017, out of which I have paid Rs.4000 on 15th Feb 2017 and Receipt no is 3527.
Due to health problem I was not able to join the course even i have not attend the demo class and I told her everything but assured me that she will talk to cooperate office concern person regarding the refund but after many follow ups she denied for the refund. She is saying that you provide any student than only she can refund.

Myself, my parents, brothers, sisters, cousins, uncle & aunt (who is a beautician) are regular users of VLCC products. We do purchase VLCC online especially from Amazon.in which is offering a 3-4u days fast delivery!!!

But when I see VLCC is online directly, and found great offers & cash back, we all purchased our favorites from you directly BUT, apart from others you took 23+ days for processing. Still not despatched.. We lost patience. If you need good customers like us, SEND OUR PRODUCTS TODAY ITSELF.

Note: We all are going abroad soon. So, please despatch all our orders now.

I had joined VLCC in 2016 in Gaur Gravity, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, stating all my problems regarding my work and my 2 year old kid. I insisted them to make a small program initially so that I can see if I am able to take it up or it might happen that I am not able to come and miss it(since I am in nuclear family). The staff assured me that there is no upper limit for timings to this package and convinced me to get a bigger package for around 30k. I was never getting appointment available for time suitable to me which was morning. They would always suggest me a time when I couldn't come. To my frustration, I was sent back many times since there was no weight loss from the previous session, which I could make out that they were short of machines/staff. Now after some personal events lined up at my home I went back to the centre asking them to reinstate the same in 2017, since services for only around 7k was used up till now. They ask me to get it convert it into a bigger package. This is just like as if you need to throw more money to use (or actually waste) your stuck money. I am at loss to understand how to proceed further with this issue. Is there suggestions here or should I go to file case directly.

VLCC are cheaters
I have enrolled for a program and got results was happy and went again

Due to work I had to travel abroad for long term

I paid them 1lack+money and was told we cannot refund but we can give you a service so you can utilize it

They waited for my last day and i stead of constant followups on my last day in india i was informed they will nto refund my money amd cn not give service

Since then its been 3 months I have been sending emails but nothing happened so far

One of the seniors stuti called me but she kept sayi g we can not refund mo ey even if you come after 12 years we will gove you service but not money refund

I said I do not know whem can i come to india they reply everyone come to meet family then we will give you service

Its like a mental torture that I am going through because I am paying my EMI otherwise my cibil score will fall but I am not even utilizing 1% of my money

Please help to get my mo ey or else I have to go to consumer forum

I visited VLCC Himayathnagar, Hyderabad branch to avail services and iam surprised to hear that i cant redeem cashback points for discounted packages as its a POLICY created by the management.

How will you differentiate a regular customer and a new customer?

What is purpose of cashback points when we cant avail the service?

For old/regular customers VLCC is charging more and as promotional offer offering discounted price to new customers?

I request the management to change the policy pertaining to cashback points else stop giving cashback points.

I visited VLCC for my daughter. I told everything about her. After that manager and Ms Barnali suggested to take a huge amount package.it was almost 2lacs.aftrr that they didn't follow the client and all services whatever they suggested didn't get any result.she does yoga morning walk and diet at the age of 20.she sacrificed all things and we paid 2lacs already. So we don't need your service. We can do on our own. Please refund my money as soon as possible. I am waiting for your reply

Complaint on vlcc kuktapally branch staff for bluffing customers on products used for services.

I opted for loreal hair spa and instead i got bluffed by the staff. They used different hair products instead of loreal. When questioned about this, it is told to me that by mistake they may have used different products. Its such an act of irresponsibility of their part. More than irresponsibility its cheating towards costumers.

I have been bluffed by its staff. I lost my trust on this vlcc service.
