I Ms.Tanushree Chakraborty was taking service from VlCC Salon, Siliguri on some skin concerns, the services were Eye cell treatment, Golden peel, Stem-Cellogist.
I have taken some services of the above mentioned treatments but from the month of May I've discontinued the same as I was having some skin issues so my doctor suggested me to discontinue the above mentioned treatments, I spoke to the head of the salon Mrs, Poulomi Chakraborty about discontinuing my treatment and henceforth requesting her to stop the EMI amount being deducted from my account by the company named Fibe, the loan was taken on behalf of this treatment and as i have stopped taking those treatments I'm not obliged to pay for the same So, I've requested several times for the stoppage of the loan since the month of May but my request was going in vain they were not listening to me at all after few months of requesting I started to send her mails on behalf of this but there is still no response.
This is my earnest request to you to please look into the matter and kindly do something to stop the EMI from my account as the finance company harasses me everyday by calling and verbally abusing me to submit my EMI amount,
Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi I have registered for weight loss program in chennai porur branch in VLCC for basic plan of 90days with 10kg of weight loss.I had nearly three session with them but the service was very bad and there were only less number of staffs to handle the client. The staffs are allocating their time according to their comfortable timings. Most of the time the staff will do only chit chat among themselves and no care is given to the client . Is there any nearer branch to porur i can change it to that particular branch.

I have taken the facial package amounting to rs.16000/-
on dtd[protected] on loan basis . Loan account no-423lcfkl785808. After i took the loan and fulfilled the necessary criteria, they started treating me like a dog. I have to always follow them for my next session and they ignore me intentionally. This shows how you people treating your customer. If nothing going to sort then i have to take my complain to next level or socialize it.

Hello my name is meeta gutgutia, i have family card of vlcc sultapur (ADDRESS- KH. NO. 253, 254, 293, 294/94/3, M. G. Road, Village Sultanpur, South Delhi), I and my daughter have been member of this particular outlet since 2 year, march 2024 i booked a appointment for visit, when i went there, there was no arrangement according to my appointment, when i asked outlet manager, she said we are making the arrangement, please allow us some time, it was 4 pm, i waited till half an hour, then again manager repeat same words, after 5 pm and then after 6:30 pm i asked final, she said we have some technical issue in equipment, around 7 pm she said, mam we are unable to give you service, because of technical issue,

whenever i asked then they replied, they don't bother about customer service, and nobody care about the customer happiness.

now since march 2024 i am following with then about my refund, there is no update till now.

I had taken some services in good earth mall branch of VLCC and suddenly one day i come to know that this branch is closed and i then start chasing them for my refund of services which were left .
I have been trying and talking to your people and running from pillar to pole .I filed a legal notice so i was called in their office and was threatened that i should take whatever they are giving me because they are very rich company and i will not be able to afford the lawyer fee

I puspalata maharana completed make-up artist program at the vlcc institute of beauty and nutrition m/s siddhisha horizons at d1 square 3rd floor, near patia big bazaar bhubaneswar 751024 on 15th october 2023, till date i have not received the completions certificate from the institution.. After multiple times of asking to the owner of the institution mrs. Shreya mehra, she replied rudely and arrogantly that she can't help me with this matter though all other students got their certificates already. The soft copy of the certificate which i got is also not properly aligned. So please look into this matter and help me to get my certificate hard copy for which i will be greatful. Thank you

Sorry for contacting you like this sir but i was cheated by one of your branches and billed for the wrong service i went to vlcc for weight loss management and offer specially asking for cold sculpting but what happened was he explain to me about goals club sculpting and is topic went of grid which i did not realize and coxed me to signup for the sessions which are provided by vlcc for contoring and skin tightening that is 4999 and included other treatments of worth 22225 but in the and i ended a paying a 26225 total for the treatment and 2 sessions later i found out that it is not the treatment i ast for at all. I was not aware of i thought it was cool sculpting and these are the things which are necessary to do cool sculpting but after 2 days when i went in 3rd day i got to know that the treatment is completely different and it's not what i ask for and staff refuses to admit it is different from what he explained and said that this is what he told me about if there was anything different i would have written it or in a paper and also tried to cox me to get laser hair removal and i refuses but the coxed me into paying 1000 as down payment for it so in the end in total scamed me 27225 i have even sent 3 legal notices for which i had to pay legal charges separately and now they are accusing me of distorting the facts when they are the people who are not telling the complete facts

I have paid the whole amount to vlcc nashik branch they are refusing to give me service they are sayibg about my package validity but none has been mentioned before kindly help me

I would like to bring to your attention the unacceptable service I have received at Vlcc CHEMBUR Mumbai on my recent visit. This is the second time I am making a complaint, and I am extremely disappointed with the standard of service provided. During my first visit, I suffered from a severe burn on my face due to the attendant's negligence with the wax, and now during my most recent visit on 30th March, the attendant tried to sell me a costly package despite my request for the head-to-toe package.

I was informed that the head-to-toe package was no longer available and was pressured to opt for a 50k package instead. Even after insisting multiple times, the attendant did not provide me with the package I wanted and instead sold me a 10k package. I believe that Vlcc CHEMBUR deliberately withholds information on cheaper packages and manipulates their customers into buying expensive services to meet their sales targets.

Therefore, I request a refund of my money as I am no longer interested in availing of any services at Vlcc. I hope that you will take strict action against such malpractices and ensure that customers are provided with the service they request without any hidden costs or misinformation.

I have light pigmentation and blemishes on my forehead and a little near the eye due to which I visited VLCC and after consultation with Ela Ma'am. I booked a service of golden peel for my pigmentation and blemishes on 3rd December 2023 in VLCC- Noida Sector 18. She suggested I take a golden peel or harmony (laser treatment). I chose Golden Peel and paid 27258 with my credit card on EMI.

I have taken 4 peels till now but there is no effect on my blemishes and pigmentation. So, after the fourth peel, I discussed this with Ela Ma'am and she suggested I take 6 sittings of harmony( laser treatment) now which costs around 40k.

If she already knew that golden peel would not work on pigmentation and blemishes then why did she suggest me wrong service? In short, she professionally robbing people's money in the name of wrong services.

I didn't expect this from VLCC it is one of the trusted brands in India.

I want my money back and also you should take action against her for giving me the wrong consultation.

I want justice because their team is not responding to my email.

I have booked vlcc slimming and massage packages and due to some uncertainty i didn't avail the services as I was outside India and I already informed to the concerned person about it. My plan is expiring on 31st March 24 and i want to extend the program for which they are charging me another 12k. I don't have certainty about my job and I am not in a position to pay anything more to extend the program. On an exception basis can you please extend the program for another 3 months so that I can avail the services. I took some 10 sessions but i didn't receive any benefit out of it so I was want to get all the sessions for which I have already paid. I was also not aware about the expiry dates until I got a message from them

Post covid took a membership plan 1.5 lac from VLCc branch HSR layout.But due to covid situation and after that medical Emergency (miscarriage), unable to visit Bangalore branch.After that raised so many complaints regarding branch transfer to Mumbai location.But they refused even refused to return 50% of amount too.

Could you please have a look into it.
